Pleasant hotel, we have stayed here multiple times and had a very good experience each time. Be aware they are piloting a paid breakfast program at this location effective September 2024, costing $8/person, with discounts available if you are a hyatt rewards member (which I am). Complimentary breakfast is important for us, as I'm sure it is for others. Still a 5-star quality stay for the price.

Great location, staff and amenities. I was not offered a free breakfast rather an $8.00 charge for an "upgraded" breakfast. I declined to pay for this so I just went to Kroger, which is just around the corner, and got a bowl of fruit and juice for the road.

Thanks again for a comfortable and safe overnight stay. It was cold outside but inside it was comfortably cozy. Also appreciated are the bar service available in-house after a long drive and the Starbucks coffee in the morning.
One caution, however, is that at check-in we were told that we would need to pay $8 each for breakfast which was reversed because of my husband's Hyatt status but note that the info on the website states free breakfast. So, somebody needs to clarify this.

Hyatt Corporate launched this pilot program, and we were selected as a pilot hotel to promote the program. More breakfast items were added to the breakfast and even though it is an 8.00 charge, we really just want the guest feedback.

Even though this Hyatt Place is 30 minutes from our event location, we always choose to stay here. We have stayed at other hotels closer to our event in the past and have always regretted it. We will continue to stay here when we are in Fort Worth. From the warm welcome we always receive to the farewell till next time, we have never been disappointed here. Kendra is a rockstar. She really shines and makes being away from home a little brighter. The ladies that oversee breakfast work hard to maintain the quality and cleanliness every morning. Housekeeping is amazing. There’s plenty of choices of restaurants in the area, but traffic is usually very heavy (no fault of the hotel).

This was the best Hyatt Place. From the awesome breakfast and location near all the shopping and restaurants. The beds were soft and the service was fabulous. One of the people who stood out was Chris! She made sure that my 81 year old Mom and I had everything we needed from fresh baked cookies to extra fresh towels always with a smile and a huge welcome. Thanks everyone it’s been great!!

Rooms are very nice, and shower is one of the best you will find in a hotel as far as water pressure and flow. Breakfast is very good, much better than most. Lots of parking and close to all your needs.

I am first responder that had to work during the recent winter storm. The team was able to provide a special rate for us and with everything closed, the staff who themselves were on property did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Great hotel! Lobby area was clean. We were immediately greeted upon arrival. We did need a change of sheets for the pull out bed, but a change of sheets was brought up within five minutes of notifying the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

Anissa was FABULOUS! She helped me figure out where my bill was, review my room charges and printed off my incidentals. Above and beyond!

Despite the great reviews our experience here was absolutely terrible. We arrived late in the evening and checked in, the pet smell was immediate as soon as we opened the door. It was so bad that we could not stay in the room, as a pet owner no room should ever smell like that. We went downstairs to change rooms and we’re told the manager would be back in ten minutes, after 15 and no response I called back downstairs and we’re told they could change us to a lower category room and that was all they had available. The bartender literally brought us keys because there was no staff and told me to talk with a manager the next morning. The next room was uncomfortably warm but at-least did not smell like dog. I absolutely would not have stayed if it hadn’t have been so late in the evening. The next morning at check out I was told the manager did not come to work and there was nothing they could do other than to tell me to take it up with Hyatt, zero customer service or accountability at all levels. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and was essentially told they same thing, sorry for the bad experience. 100% would never stay at Hyatt after the disgusting room and customer service displayed at this location.
