The hotel is really good and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of selections. The staff was really friendly too. The king suite was open and not 2 different rooms. The rest of the room was pretty large but no privacy from with a open suite.

This is our second time staying here. Front office staff were great. She was able to get us an available room when we arrived. Really appreciate it. Food was served hot and the staff was polite and ensure food are filled in the trays.

We stayed for 2 nights, in town for a family reunion. I am typically one who stays at Marriott. These reservations were made on my behalf by someone else. This is my first time at Homewood suites. The room we were is very much similar to a king bed suite at a Residence Inn. First night it sounded like the gymnastics team was performing floor tumbling routines in the room above us. After 10 mins 8 had enough. I called the front desk and they put a stop to it immediately. Wow, I had never made a call like that before. Good job front desk! By the looks of the parking lot, this place was full last 2 nights. By 7am, the breakfast area is hopping, once again, very very similar to Residence Inn's hot breakfast line. I wanted to call management's attention to one particular item: 2 days ago after check-in, we went to our room and were there for a bit. When we came out, we encountered other people coming out of a room. They looked like construction workers based on how they were dressed. The amount of dirt and debris falling from their clothes was noticeable and made a trail in the hallway. I also saw pieces of shoe on the stairwell floor. By the time we returned to the hotel 5 hours later, everything had been cleaned. With the exception of the swimming pool, everything in this hotel appears to be quite clean. I think housekeeping here is superb and better than anywhere I have ever stayed. Otherwise, I am absolutely no fan of the mattresses used here, and neither is my athletic wife. Your location is awesome. Showers are hot. Bathrooms are spacious. If I were in need of a wheelchair accessible room, I am sure this place would be able to accommodate because my room was basically already there. Good job.

This is probably the 6th week I’ve spent here over the last several years. And the hotel never disappoints. Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, great location with many restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are well stocked for basic cooking, with a fridge/microwave/stovetop.

I stayed for a work trip in Nov 2022. The first night, I found a bug near the bed. On further inspection in the morning, I found several other bed bugs in and around the bed. I immediately reported the bugs to the front desk and was moved to another room. The new room had a leaking pipe under the sink and a partially working air conditioner. I asked to speak to the manager several times and was informed that I would be able to speak to the manager when I checked out regarding this issue. However, on check out, I was again told that the manager was unavailable and that the only way I could contact them regarding my experience was via email. I emailed the general manager and received one follow up email, but any additional emails I sent went unanswered. I finally called the corporate number and received an inadequate email response from the front desk, in which my concerns were dismissed.
The way I have been treated by management since I reported the bed bugs has been abysmal. At every turn, they have acted like I had just reported ants in the room instead of bed bugs, which are a public health hazard.
Stay far away from this place unless you want to bring home bed bugs and deal with an unresponsive management.

My daughter had an audition at TCU this weekend so we needed some where close to campus but quiet and comfortable. We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was larger than we expected with a comfy couch and spacious bathroom. Everything was so clean. The staff was friendly. Good standard breakfast choices. Bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The location is also ideal - less than 10 min drive to campus, lots of dining and retail nearby and close to the freeway.

Having lived in the Fort Worth area for 15 years (a number of years ago), my wife and I always like to come back to visit and enjoy all that Texas has to offer. This hotel has everything today's travelers want.... comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen including stovetop, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and full size fridge, pool, breakfast in the morning (note: we were delighted to finally have some hot food options freshly prepared after a year of some simple bagged offerings at other hotels), clean and modern inside and out of the main lobby and courtyard areas and, most important, very friendly and helpful staff members. Stores and restaurants galore nearby, yet the hotel is in a quieter part of the area. This will be our go-to place on future Fort Worth visits!

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in our spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens. Our large pool area it’s a great way to relax and unwind. Throughout the pandemic and even now we have always maintained the safety and security of our guess is most important without foregoing our service. Hot items in our breakfast we’re always provided but with a difference they were directly delivered from our kitchen. We have currently began our breakfast buffet offering freshly made baked items as well as ever-changing hot dishes. We hope to see you again soon.

The welcome on arrival was outstanding, we were informed about all the facilities and were given recommendations for local restaurants.
The room was spotless and very comfortable, the bed was also very comfortable.
Full size fridge and freezer.
The pool is indoors and was a relief from the 100 degree heat and was clean and towels were provided.
Breakfast was very good and was different daily.
Every member of staff was extremely friendly and we had an excellent stay.

We stay here at least 2-3 times a year. Whenever there has been an issue, whether with room or a change in how long we required the room, the front desk have been accommodating.
The beds are comfortable and room clean. Seems some room updating is happening too. The room type we reserve is with bedroom separate from the living/kitchen area. We request away from elevators and ice machines and they have honored our requests.
Convenient to highway, shopping, restaurants and on one occasion, hospital. Parking is free.

This is a location we have stayed at previously during insurance work on our home. We stayed 3 months the 1st time and 2 1/2 months this time. No regrets. Food is good, very clean, Mrs. Char and her team were very receptive to our needs and wants, the cleaning staff very good. We left a cell phone and was a bit worried on an outing. When we returned it was on the pillow of the bed, so we felt they were very trustworthy of our items. on a scale of 1-10 a 10 is not good enough.
