Great area for restaurants and thing’s to do all close to the hotel. Great BBQ, shops, etc. i come for business and always have a great time. Hotel is always clean and staff is great. Nan and madi at the bar are friendly and attentive and suniya at the desk was very welcoming.

We were given a Jr. Suite on the top 4th floor. The rooms suited our needs, albeit it didn't feel very homey, more like an average hotel room. I missed not being able to open a window for some air, making it feel a little cramped. They provided nice amenities in the bath. Housekeeping was at our request; it was not provided automatically, but when requested, they showed up and the service was very good. The hotel offered a lot of amenities -- pool, spa, exercise room, and business office, along with breakfast and dinner in their restaurant. Restaurant dinners were subpar (steak was fatty and gristly @ $33! and chicken was too salty to eat, while the listed pork chops were never available). Our parking was very close to the back door with security card access. The facility felt very safe. The staff at the front desk, especially Ivie, Terena and Lizett, and Najee, the bartender, were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is modern and updated. The area is nice and safe. (Don’t stay anywhere further south by 35 and 820 - the hotels are cheaper there, but that area is not safe.)
Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were nice, nice fitness center, nice restaurant, nice employees! Rosy in the restaurant was so sweet and wasn’t frustrated by the fact that me and my baby snuck in 2 minutes before breakfast ended. Terena at the front was always sweet and welcoming. Only complaints were stains on the chair in the room which always makes it feel kind of gross no matter how nice the room is. Also one of the other employees was parking in the Diamond member parking and those are always nice spots to have especially with a baby, unloading and loading constantly. The pool was nice but freezing cold but we also came in October. Overall nice hotel and would stay again! Perk: beds are really comfortable.

When I arrived I got stuck in the elevator. I was alone with my luggage. No cell phone signal in the elevator, had to use the elevator phone to call for help. About ten minutes in I started banging on the doors and some guest heard me and helped get me out. For the rest of the week when that elevator would arrive for me I'd get nervous. It was brutal. Also, the Verizon signal at this location is weak, and the room I had was dark. Not nearly enough lighting. I am a diamond member, and expect more from Hilton Garden Inns.

It is completely understandable how distressing and uncomfortable it must have been for you, especially when traveling alone with your luggage. As for the weak Verizon cell phone signal in our location, we empathize with the frustration this might have caused. Christy at the front desk is always polite, pleasant, and helpful. She’s great at taking care of you from the moment you walk in the front doors till the moment you leave them after checking out.
An astounding trait about Christy that makes her around out even more is the fact that she may see hundreds or thousands of customers between my business trips but every time I walk through those doors she greets me by name.

We enjoyed our stay for our granddaughter’s senior night in spite of the constant rain. This is our go-to hotel whenever we come down for events. We have always had great customer service and a clean and comfortable room. On this visit, Terena was especially friendly on our check in and check out. She has a great smile and a radiant joy that make guests immediately feel welcome. My checklist for quality of a room includes cleanliness, comfort of beds, quality of air conditioning, and thickness of towels. This hotel meets them all. We’ll see you in December!

During my stay at this location, Suniya was the agent who greeted me with the warmest welcome. I had a question about my room location and number via my mobile app, she informed me the location was completely booked but she was willing to see how she could accommodate me for the misunderstanding. Long story short, she went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction with the Hilton brand. Suniya even provided additional information that was beyond helpful during my stay!
