Fr Worth Med Center is an excellent hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms, nice exercise room and indoor pool which is large and kid friendly. The breakfast is average but I have no complaints. The staff in the hotel really try to help you and everyone had a smile on their face. Jason’s Deli is next door which is a good place to get a meal b

Two night stay for WTA Tennis Final at nearby Dickies Arena. Some pros and cons follow from our experience. Hope this feedback helps.

Pros:
Covered parking (free) in garage directly across from hotel. As there was severe weather during our stay, I can't say enough how much I appreciate this benefit! Many thanks!

Jason's Deli across small street from hotel. Excellent choice for lunch or dinner with many tasty choices, particularly during severe weather when it more convenient to dine within an easy walk and leave car under shelter.

Excellent location five minutes from Dickies Arena by car. We also enjoyed several long wonderful walks along the nearby Trinity River in the evening without incident. The trails appear to be well-patrolled and beautifully maintained.

Cons:
The water in our room was exceptionally hard. The hotel could greatly benefit from a check of its water treatment system, if it has one.

The shower head frustrated both of us. I think that a more practical choice could be made that would cost a fraction of what they probably spent on what they have.

Lighting in hotel rooms as a general rule is not typically good, but this was well below even the typically minimal illumination. At least one or two more lamps are really needed. Our room was 144.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a 10 night trip around Texas. Of the 4 hotels, this was by far the best one. It started out great with Melissa at the front desk. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel overbooked our type of room. Melissa asked if we would be ok with 2 king rooms instead of one double room. This was a perfect solution that could not have worked out better. Having 2 rooms between 4 family members have us so much more space to spread out. And as my wife mentioned, her and our oldest quiet child had the butterfly room, and me and our wild child had the caterpillar room. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The OK State woman’s soccer team was also staying there and we never heard a peep. The hotel has a great warm buffet breakfast that is quite expensive, however if you book it in advance, it is extremely inexpensive. I highly recommend this. The gym was standard fare, however they included individual complimentary earbud headphones. Nothing fancy, but a nice touch. The indoor pool was very relaxing and heated. The boys enjoyed this tremendously. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this property and feel confident that it will be our go to place for future trips.

No problems from checkin to checkout. Clean, great location & spacious. We didn’t eat breakfast b/c it wasn’t free. Close to TCU and although we didn’t stay too long little touches like free waters upon checking in and last minute upgrade into disabled (very spacious) room and bathroom were noticed

Breakfast and parking are not included. Buffet is 17.95/person. Parking is $15/day. Just be sure to add those to the rate when you’re comparing/deciding where to stay. We didn’t. Also, was sent an email to “skip the desk” to checkin online to pick room and receive digital key - still had to check in when arrived to have credit card for incidentals like usual. Not sure what checking in early was good for.

Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, dinner and very clean lobby, gym, and rooms. Just about everything I expected from a reputable HGI. They even have designated Diamond Member parking spaces close to the front entrance. Free guest parking in the parking structure opposite the hotel is very convenient.
Front desk staff Gretchelle and Melissa welcomed guests with smiles and offer bottled water immediately with the good news that their dining area had reopened for made to order breakfast and dinner. Mariah the bartender/server was most informative about the menu and how she even helped cook many chicken wings when her co-workers couldn’t get to work due to the snowstorm. This is definitely a new favorite HGI. I highly recommend.

Clean, quiet room, friendly and attentive staff. Prompt and courteous. Restaurant food was good but limited choices. (There is a lot of local restaurant competition.) Morning coffee bar only served regular strength; decaf not available. Breakfast is extra but parking in adjacent parking structure is free and convenient. Room TV service was very disappointing. Very limited number of stations and the on-screen guide was useless because it did not provide any programming detail, only station numbers. Very strange and disappointing for a major hotel chain. Very convenient to Fort Worth hospital district and local restaurants.

We stayed here to visit family in the area. The indoor pool was perfect for our grandkids all 5 & under. The location is close to so many area attractions & restaurants-FTW zoo, Dream Park, Trails, Stockyards, etc. Only complaint is the breakfast is not family friendly on price-$14.99 per person. If they had a child’s rate they didn’t quote it. However it’s a short drive to several great breakfast restaurants-Ole South & Vickory Cafe. We will stay here again.

Booked for my son's 4th birthday weekend to take him to a monster truck show at Dickie's Arena and to the Museum of Science & History. Had such a great experience!!! I added to our reservation that it was my son's birthday and asked if I could have balloons in the room. I expected them to probably not pay attention as has happened at other hotels.... but not only did they put some balloons in the room, but also some snacks, and a birthday card! it was such a nice gesture and set the tone for a great stay.
Having Torchy's and Jason's Deli within walking distance is so convenient. It's also a very short drive to Dickie's arena and the Museum of Science and History. Room was clean and well appointed, staff was friendly. Just a really great stay.
They have an indoor pool that's very kid friendly also.
Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Fort Worth.

You don’t get more then you would at a Comfort Inn or other hotel fir much cheaper. In fact my kids and I would of all gotten a hot breakfast included for half of what i paid for this room without breakfast included. The rooms were very similar, still have pool, fitness center, clean room, shower, tv closet microwave, coffee maker.... all the same amenities just much higher cost. $15 for breakfast is way over priced when you are already paying more for the room.

Staff a little “stuck-up” as if they see a mother of three kids and it’s an inconvenience to host them. Didn’t care for front counter staff.

Housekeeping was very good! Nice clean room, attention to detail! Very pleased with housekeeping.
