Love the new location on Main St. The cottages are so nice. We stayed in the Humble Plumb and it was perfect! Exactly like the picture. Loved the bathroom and its toiletries. We will definetly be returning to All Seasons Main St next time we are in Fredericksburg. Joe is such a wonderful host!

The Main Street Retreat is very relaxing. The courtyard is tree covered and surrounded by the 4 cottages in the back. It is a great area to have a drink. There are tables and a gas grill. The cottages in the back have a kitchen and a living area with a flat screen TV. Everything was very clean and well...

It was a weekend to check-out the bluebonnets and we were fortunate enough to have found this B&B on-line. We liked that it was somewhat off the main drag...it was great to sitting on the patio chairs out on the tree covered grounds between the cottages hearing more of nature. The cottages were immaculate! Joe did meet us after we...

Recently stayed in the Humble Plumb cottage. This is an excellent, clean property. The pics on the web site actually DO give you an accurate idea of the cottage. The only thing missing from the pics is a small couch facing the fireplace. The bed may be the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling. The only thing...

Thank you for the review and feedback James. Information like this helps us make informed decisions as we continue to make upgrades to Main Street Retreat. We have new landscaping going in this week that will add a layer of sound protection to the Humble Plumb. Additionally based on your feedback, we are adding a new wall between the Humble...

Just returned from two nights in the Kilt & Clover Cottage on W. Main Street. Had a really good experience in the free-standing cottage with all the amenities of home and so cozily decorated. Joe is a wonderful host with a mix of friendliness/non-obtrusiveness. The cottage is quiet and away from the street and behind attractive hedges. I highly recommend...

We stayed in the Half Penny Cottage. It was a wonderful room! Extremely cozy, and we loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast every morning! They do provide pastries, fruit, orange juice, milk, diet coke, coke, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I like to have protein in the morning, so I was able to stop by the local...

Hi Alicia. I'm so glad you guys enjoyed your stay with us! After reading your review, we added an additional router to the property. It's located in the back courtyard so the entire property now has a great signal! Also, cokes and fruit are now being restocked daily! Thanks for the feedback! Joe

We travelled to Fredericksburg during February and found the Main Street Retreat a "closest thing to home" experience. We rented the Carriage House with another couple, which also made it a great value! Took full advantage of the amenities as well... grilled our dinner out in the darling courtyard and made full use of the kitchenette. The beds were the...

This B&B is done right. No ichy "transform a room in the house for extra income type stay"...These proprietors get it. First, a seperate cottage complete with front porch and rocking chairs to seal the deal...the cottage has the balance of a good NYC studio apartment, privacy, kitchenette (with all new appliances) Fridge stocked with fruit, cream for coffee, milk...

My husband and I stayed at the Main Street Retreat in the Vicar/Rectory house and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The owner Joe was beyond accomodating and was very knowledgeable when it came to the area. During our first night at the property we had noticed that we weren't getting any hot water. We called Joe...
