Pros: Great service, very clean room, breakfast has been figured out with a dedicated person putting an order together for you and you can take to your room or eat in the dining area (good variety). Cons: No carts on arrival (I think there are 2) and hotel was sold out...more on the guest not returning than hotel (not your fault). Parking is in the back of the property so you check in then drive around back. Shares parking lot and pool area with Candlewood suites which is big but kind of a bummer. Weight room, pool area all very clean (not a con). Service really kept this far off the access road (NDT) so it's nice and quiet. Slim Chickens, Rudy's BBQ a long walk/short drive away, and Costco, Target, fast food an exit away (stay on access road, no need for toll) Overall, we were very satisfied with this stay. Thank you HIE.

Stay was beyond disappointing, especially on a property with such good bones. The building in this very upscale neighborhood was beautiful. Exterior Entry Area trash was overflowing. After dark the down can lights in the overhang leading to the parking lot were so dim, it was dark. Public Lobby Men's restroom trash of overflowing The baggage cart wheels were so bad, they were very difficult to roll, and noisy. Hallways and elevator cabs were dirty. The room was barely cleaned and the shower/tub faucet streamed water from a bad leak. We checked in around 6:30pm for a room to be ready at 3pm & had to wait for the room to be cleaned. There was no maintenance nor maid service staff on site on weekends we were told. The management company would not allow the expenses. I have never had a hotel room not a long service type without maid service or even to provide towels and make a bed. With the covid, the lack of cleaning staff was particularly alarming. No hot breakfast as was advertised was somewhat understandable, but the poor selection for the grab & go were awful. Two dried up oranges, stale coffee, and Kellogg bars, soggy and a muffin type cellophane pastry barely eatable.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. The grab and go breakfast offered premium carb options. The room we had was very well equipped. We didn’t have any issues with gaping holes when the door was closed but the clearance at the threshold did let in a lot of noise and light. I’d say that the gap was at least three quarters to an inch. The AC did cycle quite a bit so we eventually just turned it down so low that it would stay on the whole night. The walls are paper thin though, we could hear the next door guest speaking pretty much through the night and she wasn’t shouting, just speaking in a normal tone.

Hi 678lc, Thanks for your review and for staying with us.We are delighted to hear you found our staff hospitable and friendly and the room very well equipped. I can see that your stay wasn't as comfortable as it should have been. I am sorry for the noise and for any discomfort the issue with the air conditioning unit caused you. These will not be overlooked as I have shared them with our management and maintenance team. We continuously strive to provide guests with the best accommodation and your feedback is helpful as we work on improvements. I do hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a better stay. Sincerely, Connie D Case Manager IHGService

When glancing at the hotel itself, you see nothing wrong. But when you walk to the hallway with elevators and rooms, you're in for a trick. When entering our hotel, the carpet looked old as if it had been there since the hotel was constructed. Our room's bathroom repeatedly got locked. We got transferred to another room and it was a mess. I would not want anybody to stay in this hotel. Also the walls were thin and we heard everything about the couple getting divorced to the room next to us.

Had to move room 3 times in one night! First room I went into had not been serviced, both beds unmade and towels over the floor. I'm super exhausted but go back to front desk to tell them. I'm thinking I'm inconvenienced but mistakes happen, I'm a reasonable person. They were apologetic and got me a new room. As I'm going down the hall I noticed the carpets are very stained and dirty. It's 11pm, I'm super tired so I get the key to the new room. Immediately I notice the bathtub faucet was continually running and the bathtub was dirty and the tiles in the floor were loose I look a closer and notice there was grout missing that should be holding them together! My sister goes over to pull her sheet back on her bed and there is hair and a small bloodstain. I'm like, you've got to be kidding! So we call downstairs, this time the front desk clerk walks up a key for a THIRD ROOM, we walk in and notice rust drippings in the bathtub---still so tired from moving all day just wanted to lay down. I go to ck my bed and more stains and a green booger. I'm thoroughly disgusted. We packed up and left. Almost midnight by now, I start calling hotels nearby for rates. I called the Hyatt and they said that they get calls WEEKLY from people rebooking. Literally, I've been on mission trips that have better accommodations. On the way out the front desk clerk apologized and said, "please get someone to do something about this, I'm so embarrassed to work here!" Yes, he said that! Please don't go here!
