The grounds at Bayou Shores were clean and well maintained. Nice grassy areas all around. Park was central to places to eat and things to do. Staff was very friendly but failed to give us wifi password and code to bath house. Therefore, we were unable to use the showers. The lots are quite small with not much room to put...

Beautiful view of the bay (called Offatts Bayou) when it isn't obstructed. We had a broken PVC stand pipe which was repaired quickly although no one in the park was notified that the water was being turned off before noon. Good location although the turn off 61st Street with a tow vehicle is a challenge. There are a couple sites...

This RV park is pretty good. I can't give it more stars because it is not handicap friendly and the sites are very close together. Overall we really enjoyed our week there last week. I loved that we could walk a few steps to the pier and catch crabs. It was quite and everyone was nice. We didn't worry about...

This resort is not luxury but we were not looking for luxury, just a quick place to disconnect the Jeep, hook up the RV and then head off to be with friends and enjoy Kemah and Galveston. Upon our return late that night, it was quiet and as soon as I closed my eyes, it was luxurious. We didn't use...

We reserved an RV space for our 26" toy hauler for the 2015 Lone Star Rally. Granted we reserved a little late so we were squeezed into a small space, but darn it was tight! Being right on the water, the marsh mosquitoes came out at dusk and packed a punch. My husband visited the bath facilities and said it...

Great location. Friendly people. There is a bench from which you may watch boats, birds and I was told, by a winter resident, sometimes dolphins. Site has picnic table and grass. Park is pet friendly. Planned to stay 2 days. Stayed 4.

This Rv park has a good location, but has not kept up with basic park service. No concrete pads, romax for service line. Staff leaves alot to be desired. Visitors may have a difficult time and the cost to bring your boat, and weed eating??

My wife and I stayed in this campgound because I had 4 days of work nearby for some annual training. The location is convenient because it is near the Galveston bridge and we didnt' have to deal with any traffic when coming or going to work in the morning. IN addition, there was a grocery story very close by to...

Gerry E. There are beautiful resorts in Galveston, that have resort like amenities and facilities. I have stayed at several of them and paid their prices. They are advertised as resorts and usually do not state that they are on a bayou. They are designed for people who are looking for that type of facility. When I go to a...

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and left Thursday morning. This RV park was a big disappointment. Management is rude. Park is poorly maintained. The bathrooms were nasty, shower stalls were dirty. Out of three shower stalls at this park only one shower worked. One shower flooded and did not drain, the other shower had a "tampon"...
