Clean Hotel, great friendly staff, good maintenance as well. Even after a major freeze that significantly damaged the hotel staff went above and beyond to make the stay still comfortable. And I don't know if Best Western across the board has handled covid-19 the same way in all hotels but this one in Greenville did an excellent job in my opinion.
Staff was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Will be staying at Best Western from now on. The lobby was decorated beautifully for christmas. The overall experience was wonderful. Would recommend Best Western to all family and friends. Restaurants close by also stores.
I got to hotel at 2 pm knowing I was an hour early for check-in. I told the frt desk that I would take the first available room. It was at 3 a room was ready. In the AM I went for breakfast (left my room at 9:45 and had to wait on the elevator then was at frt desk at 10:04 and they said that breakfast was gone. Then about 11, I went down for coffee and there was no regular coffee out. I am unhappy with the service and the hotel hospitality which does not meet the standards I have enjoyed before. I will think twice about booking here again.
Most horrible experience I’ve had an especially for Best Western plus it might as well have been a budget inn nothing worked everybody how to use our stairs especially to go to top floor up and down the service was horrible the room smelled and dirty their parents at the hotel was horrific
I checked reviews before booking ,and the Monica Royale got decent reviews. The exterior is very nice, but the hotel is worn out inside! I even checked reviews again to see if I had booked the wrong hotel. Staff was very kind, but it just didn't make up for the worn out room w/old drapes, thin carpeting, wobbly table, not enough outlets, and border line clean. For sure it was not up to the standard of BWP hotels we stay in. Disappointing!
