If this hotel had any reasonable parking for an SUV (and a lead desk clerk that didn't argue with me about the width of my car versus the width of the parking spaces in the garage, I would give this property a five. Rooms are small, but nicely appointed. No frills, but reasonably priced and a great location for UH...

We had a great stay at the Hilton. The staff was wonderful & we loved being on the campus so close to our daughter. We will be staying here every visit. It is so worth it!! I recommend it to anyone who visits the campus for any reason.

I just wish there was a price break for parents and alumni. A few years ago, I got a room for $80/night. Now it's $179/night with AAA/AARP. It's fun that the hotel is staffed by students of the school of hospitality.

We stay here a couple of times a year, usually for University-related events. (Our daughter attends the school.) It's a good, basic, well-maintained Hilton. Very clean; very helpful staff. Rooms are maybe a bit smaller than the average Hilton. Front desk staff is often in training and requires a bit of patience.

I often stay at Hilton's for business, as was the case this time. This is part of the university's hotel management school and so many folks being trained. Still service was very good. The room was enormous and attractive, toilet flushed well. The shower worked well and was attractive and the internet signal was good. The in house restaurant, Eric's,...

The front staff needs training on welcoming guests regardless of their diversity. The hotel is a training site for students from different countries. Thus, they need training on diversity and making guests feel welcomed.

Lives up to the Hilton standards. Even though this is a hospitality teaching hotel the standard of quality was not diminished. The staff was pleasant and professional throughout my stay. The room was well maintained with some personal attention taken for small touches that made my stay even more delightful.

Very close to TSU campus and the highway. Excellent proximity to local restaurants and dining. Love the decor and the bed was super comfortable. My favorite was the bathroom which was very stylish. Lots of mirrors!

This has been one of many stays that I have and will be making this and next year. I continue to find the front desk staff very accommodating, cheerful, and helpful. Other than my room not being made up on one of the days of my stay and the bar staff sometimes not always attentive, the visit was very good....

Hotel is in a great location on UH campus. I stay here when visiting my student. Hotel is run by students who are always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean/well kept. On site restaurant is available. Food is good. Self parking is expensive.
