Very nice accommodations! Walking distance (5 min) to University of Houston. Very nice restaurant. Quiet lobby. Very nice beds with modern decor! Would highly recommend. Very good staff at front desk were very helpful with directions and downloading the Uber App, which we were unaccustomed to. Thanks to front desk staff, we were able to enjoy safe sites within the...

We added one day on the front end of our stay which caused confusion and much wasted time. Reservation system or staff apparently unable to handle this. Card key reader requited multiple trips back down to the front desk to get re-keyed. Each time we tried to enter our room was like gambling in Vegas. Lots of noisy inconsiderate guests...

I always stay here, evem when my daughter and I were attending pre-admission events. It is so convenient to get to and it is nice that it the front desk is staffed by students. The parking garage is convenient and safe.

Yep. High end hotel so the price was to be expected. Room was nice, bed was surprising uncomfortable. Room service was fast and the food was pretty good. I got the angel hair pasta had no seasoning on it (but they did provide salt and pepper shakers)

The value for this hotel was poor. For the most part the room was nice. However the bathroom was outdated and there were stains and hair in the tub. I was disappointed with the presentation of the room based the cost. You would think with the rate, the room would have been more updated.

Well run hotel that is part of the HIlton Hotel Management school at Houston University. The students were very careful and accommodating. This Hilton was by far better than any Hilton that I have stayed in. I swore never to stay at a Hilton ever again but this hotel made me think twice about this decision.

I cannot wait to stay here again. The staff is comprised of students on internships in the Hospitality Managment major there at the university. Their customer service is amazing and I can't wait to stay with them again. The filet mignon was so delicious I ordered it every night from Sunday through Thursday. I recommend room 404. I stayed there...

I had an issue with my air conditioning in my room in that the thermostat was not working and the room was 61 or 62 degrees. I reported this problem to the front desk 2 times and it was not looked at. I was asked if I was willing to switch rooms if it could not be fixed and was...

The property was a huge, pleasant surprise. Could not have been cleaner. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very helpful. I normally stay at ZaZa but this was a great option for being on campus. I will suggest this to everyone.

The accommodations were great. The staff was good as well. I was allowed to check in slightly early. There was a minimal fee for parking. The room had all of the necessary amenities. And I was able to walk to the stadium.
