I would like to give a huge Thank You to Angel and Ellen for going above and beyond to "rescue" my daughter from a scary situation. Our college aged daughter missed her connecting flight and was stuck overnight at the Hobby airport alone. She didn't take the airlines advice and book a respectable hotel, on her limited budget she booked...

My husband and I stayed here after flying into Houston very late. The receptionist was pleasant, the room was clean, and the bed was okay (though not up to par with most other hotels we've been to lately). Everything was okay until 8 am-- when they tested the fire alarms. No notification when we checked in or warning note in...

This was a reasonably priced hotel for the time of year (Spring Break). It was also well positioned between the Houston Rodeo and Galveston Beach. The night manager Chris was great and the morning breakfast was tasty.

Extremely clean, comfortable hotel. Minutes from the airport, w/ a complimentary shuttle. Friendly staff. The onsite restaurant/bar called the Bistro is very overpriced for the quality of the food. Comparable to food from the freezer section of the grocery store. No breakfast included w/ your stay.

I've stayed in many courtyards. And once inside they are all pretty much the same. Same rooms, furniture, layouts, and comfort. My room here was all that. Only noticeable things were the couch a bit worn ( not gross or anything ). And the carpet had been patched which stood out like a sore thumb. But bed was comfy, a/c...

Typical comfortable Courtyard. My mom and I stayed one night since we had a fight to catch at 7 am the next day. The shuttle was very convenient running 24 hours a day every 30 min. The thing I wasn't quite a fan of the fitness center was not connected to the hotel. You had to walk outside (which was...

The hotel is well worth the money. The price was very competitive to begin with. Couple that with the free airport shuttle and you have a great combination. The staff is very polite. The facility is clean and updated. There is a restaurant and bar. Closed before our late arrival. The bed was firm, just like I like it. I...

First, their website doesn't say to call for the shuttle, but I did. Turns out, that you must call for the shuttle. Someone answered and said oh it's shift change it'll be a few minutes go to zone 12. So I did. After the third time that the Hilton shuttle came by, 45 minutes later, I called again. They had...

Booked a room at the CY because they are a known value. This property should not be in the Marriott system. Stay away even though it is "Marriott" it is not a place you want to stay. The staff has a big chip on their should. You get total attitude from almost all the staff. The parking lot is like...

Hello Scot, your review is very troubling, and not at all representative of the high Marriott standards we strive to achieve and exceed daily. While I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the parking lot being a "prison" as multiple key-card access doors are accessible from our parking area and there are no open trash receptacles near the entrance...
