Overall, many nice things. However, my glasses were damaged in the hotel due to the hotel's negligence of maintaining their facility. I have witnesses to this, and spoke with a manager twice. Nothing has been done. No offer of anything. Very disappointed in this.

I love this hotel! My son and I only stayed three days but we got such peaceful sleep that it seemed like a week long vacation! The staff is very professional, helpful and polite! Everything was clean and in place. My stay was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in my life! Thank you, Hilton!

One of the best I have stayed in. Lots of dining choices, huge pool, great views, great service. Walk across the street to Toyota Center or Discovery Green. Paid extra for executive floor. We were two doors away from the lounge which had happy hour snacks and drinks- several pasta dishes, dips with assorted crackers, breads, and veggies, fruit, nuts,...

Location of property is hard to beat. Next to the convention center and all sporting event facilities. What a wonderful experience it is with a restaurant attached and Starbucks with a grand bar.....Who can beat that?

Attended a convention in Houston the convention was based at the Hilton Americas. The hotel is very beautiful, the service was outstanding, and everyone was so great and helpful.
