Had a spectacular brunch with a Tex-Mex omlet that was topped only by the service of Christos our server. He had a great personality and a thorough working knowledge of how to make our dining experience exceptional.

My fiancé and I were celebrating valentines day this past weekend at the Westin. Though we both live in Houston, sometimes we are a little too busy to go out of town, so we often enjoy staycations in which we will book a hotel in Downtown or Midtown for just the weekend. So we ended up booking the Westin through...

Dear andie0111, Thank you for your review of The Westin Houston Downtown. If you felt that a member of our staff was rude to you, I can assure you that It will be addressed. Please accept my apologies in advance. Insofar as the damaged television is concerned, the television in your guestroom was actually 42 inches not 25 to 30...

Hot lobby at night - lots of activity. Rooms were deliciously comfortable. Restaurant made my food to order - off the menu. Staff were so kind. Great little coffee/snack store in lobby. If you travel for business, this is key. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. Small but well done. The hallways are loud. You can hear everything going on in the hallway from inside your room. The rooms were clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall nice hotel with a noise problem.

We stayed here when we were in town for a wedding the weekend before Super Bowl. So despite all of the festivities that were already happening in the area, the hotel was very peaceful. Our room was very quiet and clean with a modern decor. And of course, the Westin beds are always the most comfortable. The only thing I...

Nice hotel, getting a remodel of the floors. Some really good features like quick room service, and vending machines on our floor. There was no pool however. It was close to the convention center. It's easy to hook up a Roku box to the TV too! Staff easy to work with. I had mistakenly booked another night and left early...

I stayed at the Westin for work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The service was excellent. The staff was top-notch from valet and doorman, to front desk, the wait staff and housekeeping. The room was spacious and very clean. I ate in the restaurant at the hotel several times and the food was great. Jerry Duff, the assistant manager in...

This hotel is minutes away from the Houston Aquarium. I have to say that the staff made our stay memorable. My 9 year old is terrified of elevators. The front desk agent, and security (Santana) helped us get access through the exterior stair access. This happened twice in one night, very helpful, and thoughtful. The room was nice, and clean....

I spent 2 nights in this hotel to attend a business meeting and found my stay to be excellent. The hotel is almost boutique-like in that it was not as large as I expected from a large chain hotel. However, in keeping with the large chain expectations, it had all the necessary things for travelers, including a bar, restaurant and...

We stayed here New Year's Eve to attend a party nearby. Everything was top notch from the valet to room service. Check in was easy. Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly. The lobby was great. Nice bar area, restaurant and coffee shop. Room was spectacular. Easy access to ballpark, convention center , and Discovery Green. Strongly recommend...
