I just want to give a special shout out to Chandra Perry as she handled taking care of getting all my Briones Family a room this past weekend, even the ones that came in last minute. I also want to give a special, special shout out and thank you to ROSA RIVERA at the front desk. She was bilingual, which...

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Brookhollow and I really enjoyed my stay. I first stayed on June 9 and most recently again on July 13-14. The team they have at this hotel always make sure to make you feel welcome and are eager to help when they can. During my most recent stay I asked if I could possibly...

I've visited dozens of Courtyard properties across the country and this one is the worst I've ever seen. When I checked in I asked if I had gotten the suite upgrade I asked for as a MR Platinum member. I was told I had, but I ended up with a standard room instead. The air conditioning in the guest room...

I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. While we do not have suites, the room type that you were given is an upgraded room type with a sofa and sitting area. I apologize for the miscommunication and have discussed with out Front Desk Team making sure they use the correct terminology, as the room is not...

Next to 610 fwy but it's more of a convenience than a hassle. I stayed recently with wife and 2 yr old daughter, Fri-Mon. Bathrm is kind of small but is clean. Pool is small, and we didn't use it. Staff is great and helpful. There's a bistro restaurant in lobby and a market area stock with drinks and snacks/food....

Meets the Courtyard Standard. Good comfortable room with nice staff. Hotel was clean at every turn and convenient parking right outside my door. Not an area to walk around and find places to eat, especially late. I would stay here again without reservation.

Thank you for your review, and compliments to our staff. While I agree that Houston is not a walking town, we do have two choices just across from the hotel in addition to The Bistro inside the hotel. And, in addition, within 5-10 minutes driving the Washington Corridor/Garden Oaks areas are the new trendy place for a great selection of...

This is typical of the Courtyard Marriott chain. An older facility with some refurbishment. The rooms and bathrooms are small by todays standards. Most facilities in this class of motel now offer free breakfast as part of the package, but the Courtyard sells you an overpriced breakfast. My main concern was with the Bistro. They serve breakfast and light supper...

I appreciate your compliments to the housekeeping team, and for the feedback on other items during your stay. It was just prior to your stay that we had experienced a menu update that resulted in the system incorrectly updating pricing. Thanks to your informing our team, we were able to report the issue and have it corrected. While menu pricing...

Stayed here 2 nights for a wedding in the Heights. Very clean, beds comfy, rooms nice. Even got to use the fitness room, which was small but had what I needed. The staff was super friendly, I would stay here again. The only thing I would say as a negative is that there is a lot of construction around the...

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed our hotel and service, and that we contributed positively to the celebration of the joyous event. We are also glad to report that most construction is moving beyond the hotel to the US 290 improvements and that the North Loop/I-610 in front of our hotel is seeing little to no construction...

Not in a real good location. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Hotel is nice but beds were not your regular comfortable Marriott beds. One of the beds had a big hole in the middle. Wasn't impressed. Staff was friendly and helpful, though.

Thank you for your review. The absence of zoning in Houston does contribute to the mixed identity of many of our areas, with different types of businesses layered in with hotels, schools, etc. so I completely understand the feeling that many areas of the City give, in spite of being very desirable locations. The Heights, Timbergrove, and Oak Forest Areas...

Stayed one night for business. Hotel is right off the freeway. Not the most attractive neighborhood, nor is this Courtyard attractive from the outside.
