I'm checking out today. I'm very surprised that with a world wide tourist attraction literally down the street this place is so out dated. I'm really thinking Neil Armstrong must have designed this decor and it was never updated. Nice harbor in the back but...More

This hotel is in desperate need of a DEEP CLEAN. Although the hotel is starting to show it's age the structure of the building and the furnishings are not broken JUST VERY DIRTY, we went to the dining room/lounge for pre-dinner drinks and without exaggeration...More

Overall this Hilton could use a make over and the internet is slow.
It's a big jarring as you walk into the lobby and it seems pretty and modern but venture beyond there and the signs of age are there. Shower head is super basic,...More

Dear Ron,
Please accept my apologies for the slow internet service. I do have good news: a project to do a complete overhaul of our equipment/service is scheduled to start mid April. Signal will be stronger and speeds more in sync with 2018.
I'm glad...More

From the best of my knowledge no shuttles from the hotel were provided, nor from the airport to either the hotel or Johnson Space Center. That said we were crossing the US in our car. My advice is to call the hotel but that said am relatively certain once you land you're on your own. Easy city to drive, moderate traffic at best.

Well - part of that will depend on what tier you get - in the past Gold members received access to the Executive Lounge but some hotels will refuse you access unless you have booked one of the Executive Rooms or upgraded to an Executive Room. The typical lounge will have a continental breakfast and other snacks and items in the evening. Some have a bar in the lounge as well, but I *believe* that may be an extra cost - free for some. Really depends on the location you are staying at and whether the price is worth what you would get in return.
