Being a JFK-freak, boyfie and I had a pit stop in Dallas for a few nights and sought a hostel. The Wild Wild West Hostel is the only one in the Dallas area, and we thought why not. After a delayed flight (it was midnight when we arrived), we were greeted by the manager, Josh, who is an absolute laugh...

I moved back home after living in NY for 20 years and found out that Dallas had a hostel. When I arrived I was completely impressed. Very clean and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is very clean and the management is superb. No worries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visited for 2 nights. The hostel is more of a house with bunk beds in each room, rather than a traditional hostel. Everything was very clean and seemed fairly organized. The staff was nice and they offered breakfast. Great deal for the price. The only downside was that the hostel is located far from downtown.

The place is without professional staff. The door codes are available to everyone and frankly I felt unsafe there. The owner Ivan is a weird guy who constantly hits on everyone. He is a divorced guy who thinks he is the "big boss." The place is run down from my last visit as his full time guy Josh left. The...

Mr Ivan charged my cc for $990 I never authorized it at all, plz have them Investigated, I have cc statement to show and he doesn't even agree to his own cancellation policy which states: This property has a 1 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night...

Don't stay here if you want to explore Dallas, it's just too far. Use booking.com pay ten dollars more and get a hotel in the centre. I really regret staying here. It was clean and comfy but meant I was restricted on where I could explore.......

The hostel very nice, everything clean, the area near the hostel is beautifull It's only few minutes drive from the center and few minutes walk from the train station (that can take you to the downtown) The staff so friendly! If I'll be again in Dallas,I definitely will come back to this hostel ;)

Perhaps its helpful that they changed their name. It took me a good deal of searching on TripAdvisor to find them, and then it was by their street address. But either way, there are no rooms. The place is decent. I don't so much mind the plastic sheets others talked about. There is wifi, a kitchen, washing machines, and a...

I cannot stress how much you shouldn't stay here. You're better off finding a cheap hotel or motel. It was dirty, disorganized, smelly, far away from the city, and just generally terrible. There was no check-in desk and even though we had booked online the guy who "served" us (if you can call it service) had no clue what was...

I got to the hostel from DFW by public transport only to find no employees around. Thankfully there was a guest that stayed in that night and he let me in. It was initially very weird because I didn't have to check in with anyone, just pick a bed and make myself at home. It's not a bad thing, just...

“Pay attention with the public transportation first - u$s 2,35 a daytrip - if you choose a cab will cost you about 30/35 bucks from the hostel to the airport. It´s more expensive than the hostel stay itself.”
