This is a very nice bed and breakfast just outside of Lampasas. Lee and Robin were wonderful hosts, making us feel welcome and comfortable the entire time, and even giving us a tour of their historic home. We stayed in the smaller room of the two, and it was cozy but comfortable. Breakfast was great. Coffee, juice, strawberries, bananas, muffins...

Lee and Robin were wonderful hosts. We had an amazing home cooked (big) breakfast and learned all about the history of the property. Spent a couple days out in Colorado Bend State Park, Longhorn Caverns State Park, and checking out the local wineries. Would absolutely recommend to other travelers in the future.

Robin and Lee were absolutely wonderful hosts and conversationalists. We learned about the history of the B&B over a home-made breakfast. Complete with ham, home-made bread, preserves, hardboiled eggs, and grits. Got great recommendations for local wineries and even got a recommendation to check out Longhorn Caverns State Park (totally worth it). Would absolutely recommend this B&B to future travelers...

Very nice bed and breakfast in Lampasas, TX. We were driving late in the day and did not know where we would be spending the night when we found this little treasure and wound up staying two nights. Hosts Robin and Lee were very friendly and helpful and served a wonderful homemade delicious breakfast both dates. Spacious and comfortable room...

My fiance and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and absolutely loved it! This was our first B&B experience and we were not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with homemade cookies waiting for you each day and the manor grounds are just lovely. Lee and Robin (and their cute little dog Holmes) are the perfect hosts. Robin, Lee, and Holmes were great hosts. Perfect spot to return to after hiking and or visiting the local wineries. Beautiful property with wildflowers galore. Tasty breakfast and the little desserts were fantastic. Eve's Cafe for dinner is a must if you are wanting authentic German cuisine.

Robin and Lee were wonderful hosts. We were served wonderful breakfasts and were treated to freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. They shared with us the history of the Inn and recommended a wonderful restaurant in town. Be sure to make the drive to Colorado Bend State Park. The waterfall was absolutely breathtaking.

Robin and Lee are some of the nicest and kind people you will ever meet. This place was serene and relaxing. Not too far and not to close to town. Lots to do around the hill country area. If you love being outdoors then you are going to love this area.

We were lucky to find this gem. The room was perfect for us to use while visiting family for the holidays. Robin and Lee are super hosts and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. And to cap the experience, the hot, fresh breakfasts were perfect. We look forward to a possible return visit.
