The Manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me. The breakfast is very good. There are multiple great restaurants in walking distance. I have stayed many times and fine it to be consistently a pleasurable experience.

Hotel room smelled like a bar. There's a Biker Gang Party at the pool tonight, no chance of sending kids down there alone. We had to leave room within minutes of staying there due to odor. Front desk was zero help, hung up on us and would not offer refund or another room. Very disappointed. Do not stay here, there...

Husband and I stayed there and were bitten by bed bugs! Informed front desk and they insinuated that we were lying. We did not get a refund for our room until later that day when I Assume they found the dead bug bugs and a note we left on the night stand. Considering the severity of the bites I don't...

I drove to Denver and back for a family wedding, and this was the best place I stayed on the whole trip! Lovely room with all you could ask for. It is also a short walk to some nice restaurants and Walmart. The pool and the spa were just what I needed after that long drive down from Denver. The...

We booked both a king bed and a room with 2 queens to accommodate our family of 6 (including a 3 month old baby). Rooms were clean and spacious and very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was surprisingly good (we've stayed in plenty of hotels over the years and I could count on one hand the number...

In about 3 months we stayed at that hotel 3x. The third time we stayed an entire week as we finished up planning the wedding for my daughter. This hotel to took care of us, took care of our guests, and made us very very welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was great. The free breakfast...

I arrived in town at 7:30 pm to discover that Quaker Avenue, the only road that has access to the hotel, is under water and has road blocks. I had no idea that Lubbock had received so much rain, and there wasn't anything on the hotel website. I called the hotel to see if there was another way to access...

I visited this location while on a business trip. We stayed at this location along with having our meeting there. Meeting room was in a separate building from the hotel. The hotel rooms were dated but were clean. Meeting room was very spacious. We did have to have food catered in since the hotel doesn't have a catering staff. But,...

We have never stayed over-night in Lubbock before but we decided to spend a couple of nights with our daughter and 2 grandsons. We wanted an inexpensive but safe and pleasant place to stay. It was a tough decision because nothing really stood out except a couple of $150 places/night and that was way too expensive. (We paid for 2...

Booked thru Hotels.com. Stayed here before. When checked in put in extended stay building. Stunk terrible like cigarettes. Asked to get moved. Check in person apologized but hotel full. Went to breakfast before checkout and came back to room. Housekeeping had been there and ate some of our cookies. Will never go back to this hotel again
