Our first stay at this property and we sure enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean with nice rooms, outstanding staff in all positions and really clean. The location really fit our need also and of course so appreciate being able to take our dog with us... one of the main reasons we always try for La Quinta first! Great...

Room looked tire & worn. Worst part was could not get hot water from tub faucet. Ran for a long time since it was cold outside, but all that happened was the tub did not drain and filled with cold water. Ended up doing a fast Marine bath with a wash cloth and left.

Upon arrival was not warned that we would not have warm water for shower. Was told we would have hot water following morning but did not until 3rd morning. The staff person upon arrival on Thursday evening was definitely the best of the stay.

This hotel is an excellent value for the price. All rooms are interior rooms that face an open central area from ground floor to top floor. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is a little tricky to negotiate, but is convenient to Texas Tech University and Covenant Medical Center.

This La Quinta is the "atrium high-rise" type. We select La Quinta's because they are dog-friendly (unlike most other hotels). However this one is a high-rise, it makes it more difficult to visit with our dogs. The plumbing system suffers from water that isn't hot, so showers can be uncomfortable. The staff is typically very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed in this hotel last Friday and Saturday. The wifi in my room was not working and so I called the tech support number and the guy was very nice but unable to fix the problem. The night desk worker told me to mention at checkout for a discount if the problem wasn't fixed within the hour. I called...

Came 10 days after blizzard hit Lubbock. Good value for family with pets. breakfast is disaapointed. Usually they have other hot food (eggs, biscuits) but this time, all they have is just wafle on this stay. Good location, within 5 minutes of any destination

My husband, our dog, and I have stayed in this particular La Quinta so many times that we've lost track of exactly how many! We enjoy this lovely hotel with nice large suites, great breakfasts, and helpful staff. It's near many good restaurants and other places we like to go in Lubbock. We highly recommend it to anyone, especially those...

Hotel was o.k. Lobby needs a better heating system, needed to wear coats for breakfast and felt like being in a wind tunnel. Made waffles and they were cold before I got to table. This is a good hotel but just didn't meet the La Quint standards I'm use to seeing.
