Stayed over the weekend for family wedding. Nice bar area with 4 large screen TVs. Restaurant w complimentary breakfast was good with excellent omelette bar cook. Employees went out of their way to keep rooms and common areas clean. Rooms were a little dated but we enjoyed our large suite w comfortable beds and nice TVs. Restaurant workers very nice...

This large hotel, with fresh public spaces and rooms that are a bit run down, was actually a good stop in Lubbock, and the breakfast included friendly service and one of the best omelettes I have enjoyed anywhere, ever. Just know you'll have uneven standards in the rooms: peeling bathroom wallpaper, weird bed linens (scratchy sheets, strange lumpy pillows), big...

First the good- the staff was terrific, from the front desk to the waitresses etc. The hotel is nice because of the location, it has a decent restaurant (not fancy) and nice bar. Also pool and exercise room. The bad - the room was old. The sink and the toilet ran slow and the grab bar wouldn't support a towel....

Overall this is a decent hotel. It was clean and staff was friendly. The main trouble with this hotel is that it is old and its showing its age. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but our rooms had a very distinct musty smell. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but most of the items that should be hot were cold,...

Let me say that the beds are extremely comfortable I didn't want to wake when the alarm sounded!!!!! Loved there was a separate living area that you could close off from the bedroom. There are also 2 tv's, bath and body works amenities and Starbucks coffee in your room and they also serve it in any form at the bar....

I have child that has pet allergies and asthma and it is very hard to find a hotel that does not allow pets. So the "no pets" and "no smoking" policies helped us to have an allergy free weekend. It could use some upgrades, however it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I will book this hotel over and...

The staff here was extremely nice. As soon as we arrived a gentleman offered to take our luggage to our room which was great since we have small twins and two other children. Our older kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The hotel is kind of dated but I didn't mind.

The hotel is old, dirty, smelly, with bathroom ceilings peeling off. Everything is very dirty. Breakfast buffet doesn't have much of a healthy option and the breakfast room is depressing. Don't stay here unless there has been a full renovation. Last the hotel owners make full display of their religious beliefs which may be ok for some customers but uncomfortable...

The hotel is a little dated but otherwise a clean, comfortable room. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even let us borrow a wheel chair for a family member who severely injured their ankle while away from the hotel. Would stay again if I am ever in Lubbock again.

In July the Air conditioning at our home went out. My husband had just had surgery and was home all day. It was 96 degrees in the house! We spent two night in the hotel waiting on repair to be made. Hotel staf was wonderful and very accomadating. Room was very clean. Beds superb. We have actually purchased the same...
