Stumbled upon this place when traveling to Big Bend with my dad. The place itself is unique and colorful and somewhat castle inspired with its rounded doorways. I really enjoyed all of the beautiful art and the greenhouse/garden in the common area. The Breakfast was incredible and healthy! Really wouldn't mind getting a cook book from this chef!

Unusual B&B. Much of it built by the owners. Pretty indoor gardens, a lap pool. Unusual and pretty rooms. The food was outstanding. Complimentary snacks, coffee, beer. Owners very nice. Not a lot to do in Marathon, but a relatively short drive to other attractions in the area.

I had the good fortune to stay at Eve's Garden for a month recuperating on crutches from an injury. In that time period I got to meet all of the guests who traveled through and got to share in their enjoyment of Kate, Alaine and Noble's unique and marvelous creation. Having lived on ranches in the Big Bend for 28...

So we ended up at Eve's Garden because we could not get to our room on Sproul Ranch. Everything was booked up until we found Eve's Garden. Kate, the owner and host, was fantastic. She is very warm and hospitable. This B&B is originally a house and greenhouse that has been converted to a B&B. You walk into your room...

My friend and I stayed in the Lotus Suite. We each had our own bed and shared the bathroom. The room was very cool and comfortable in spite of the Texas heat. The gardens had many blooming flowers and vegetables. We were there two nights and enjoyed fabulous and filling breakfast accompanied by excellent coffee. The host made a special...

The place is as eclectic as they get but then it is Marathon. The whole town has a great appeal to those who dote on the magic of silly. The place was very clean and friendly. A good choice for persons wanting to stop over near big Bend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quirky bed and breakfast. The rooms are colorful, cozy and comfortable with many thoughtful amenities. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms surround an atrium with beautiful gardens, and pond. There are several nice seating areas to relax and unwind. There is also several outdoor seating areas including a...

Our group had decidedly mixed views on Eve's Garden, and the adjectives we used very much appear in other reviews. The off-beat nature of Eve's makes it difficult not to cross the line into the snarky, yet in its eccentricities there is a a certain lovableness. The construction -- on-going while we stayed -- creates a rather haphazard feel, and...

Visited Big Ben National Park, but stayed overnight at Eve's Garden B&B. Very colorful, friendly, comfortable and quiet. Having no TV was a plus for us. Free WiFi, however, in bedrooms and anywhere on the premises. Breakfast was outstanding and healthy. Cold drinks, hot coffee or cocoa, and beer available anytime. Hostess was very friendly and trusting. Driving to Big...

We just returned from a trip to Marathon, where we stayed at Eve's Garden. It was absolutely wonderful! The accommodations were outstanding and original and beautiful and the organic breakfasts were delicious. The only problem was that we only stayed 2 nights! We will definitely return to Eve's Garden for a longer stay.
