This place was close to where I needed to be and that’s it. The place stinks, is dirty and people were partying all night. And no staff onsite after 10??? Do not make a reservation here. It has the ambiance of a run down homeless shelter.

Terrible experience! I stayed here for a month since my apartment had flooded and it was close. The first thing I noticed is the rudeness of the staff, but one individual particularly was the manager, I'll get to that part. The room was very clean, and cleaning staff were very polite, I didn't realize they don't change out towels, sheets, etc until I ask the front desk. Which is an issue because they are hardly ever there and you have to call them on the lobby phone. This happens very, very often. I was told these get changed biweekly and if you need extras, from the two towels and two washclothes it cost $10, if you need them to change sheets, towels, trash, prior to schedule it is $28. They do have plastic wear for purchase only, but they at least didn't charge me for extra toilet paper. The beds are on some type of wire spring popup frame, not comfortable at all. The trash was disgusting, people had trash bags out in the halls, just gross and the smells. One of my biggest issues I had was the mail, I never got my car registration I had ordered online, it just so happen to expire that month, ugh. A lot of people get mail there and I had ask before doing it, but they just never came and I had to go pay $6.50 to get replacement. There was another family that the manager was very rude to that had a similar issue, the husband's military stuff/money didn't come in. Oh, and the only reason I know what his missing mail even was, was because the manager announced it. She handled that so unprofessionally and this family with mom holding her baby were getting reamed in front of everyone in the lobby. Took everything I had not to say something to her and tell her to just shut up. I mean they are paying to stay there.

I love this place, great staff, good clean room. The only problem that I have is beyond the control of the staff, neighbors doors slam a lot on my floor, but other than that good place to stay if you need a place to sleep.

Never again!! Room clean, trash in hallways for several days. Nice kitchenette but no dishes or cookware provided. Need to purchase separately $45 for cooking stuff, $10 per person for dishes. Crazy!!! No coffee pot anywhere in hotel, front desk staff often unavailable during the business day requiring a long wait at the desk for assistance. And when they were available they were mostly marginally rude or short with us. Do not recommend!!!

Wasn’t told at check in that room wouldn’t be cleaned or towels/sheets changed or garbage taken out. Rooms are apparently suppose to be cleaned once a week, I was there for 9 days and that never happened once. I didn’t have a dog when I came in, and during the week I had one staying with me. I was told when I spoke to the lady on the phone booking my room it was 6$/night for a pet. At the end of my stay they wanted to charge me a 30$ check in pet fee. They said I was given paper work at check in time that would have informed me of this detail- however I was only given a receipt at check in - I got in at 1AM. Had I known about this detail I would have stayed else where. After an hour of speaking with all the front desk staff and the manager the 30$ pet fee was finally waved. Staff was very nice but was not informative on the type of stay I was going to have. Room key kept expiring several time during my stay. No bedside lamp was super annoying. Overall I won’t be back.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that our services were not properly communicated during the check in process. We will review your comments with our team to better service our guests. The pet fees noted were correct - $30 for the first night and then $6 nightly thereafter. I am glad you resolved some of your concerns with our on site management team. Additionally, we offer bi-weekly housekeeping, but do offer a weekly refresh for a fee. We appreciate your business and thank you for giving us a try. Thanks for staying with us.
