Beautifully restored old building, just on the edge of Casco Istorico in Alcala: close enough to enjoy it, far enough to avoid the noise. We had a room on the upper floor, windows facing the patio. The room (#17) was quiet and nice, and impeccably clean. A couple of drawbacks: the toilet was a glass cube in one corner of...

A very compact accommodation, all in the same room! Perfect location in the center of town. At breakfast in the morning was the bread and olive oil finish. Noticeable difficult by the staff, after about five minutes, three buns and after much sighing came a bottle of olive oil on the table. Neat and clean, uncomfortable beds

The staff and hotel was terrific for our stay. Great value and accommodations. The hotel is spot clean. The towels are a little rough but otherwise absorbent. The shower and bathroom were in the same room but fine if you are a married couple. The beds are twins so not a real queen size bed. The outlets are round so...

I love the location of this hotel, The people are super nice, perhaps the friendliest people I have seen in Alcala. I would certainly recommend it to friends and loved ones. The bedding is uncomfortable, the place is historic for sure but some of the rooms need renovation. Old furniture and appliance. But the people are trying very hard and...

A friend and I found this remarkably charming place following a four-day business event in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. His wife was arriving at the end of the meeting, and I just wanted a few days to relax. Another friend had suggested a different hotel, but it was filled when we inquired. However, they referred us to Evenia Alcalá, just...

Formerly part of the mail service, this building was converted to a hotel and given nice modern touches. The central courtyard is small, but gives a nice touch. Also, the breakfast room in the basement is nice to eat in. The rooms were quite modern, but the as a warning I must say the room I had had one of...

The two main problems of this hotel a)no bathroom and b)no window combine to create some uncomfortable and awkward experiences. No seperate bathroom means that there is no way to keep the sight sound and smell of your toilet private. No window means that there is no fresh air in the room ever. no window means there's no light (pitch...

I stayed here for business for 2 nights and it has a brilliant location in the heart of the historic city of Alcala De Henares, with lots of choices of resaturants and bars on your doorstep. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to help. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The rooms were larger than expected...

Stayed for one night 9 th September. We hired this hotel in July last year and had my daughters wedding here. The hotel and the staff went out of their way to make this a memorable event. Perfecto I could definately recommend this hotel to anyone planning a small and exclusive wedding party.
