Location
The hotel is easy to find and is literally a minute from the highway. At night it lights up so beautifully that it is impossible not to see it.

Environment
The hotel exudes a positive attitude even when one feels a little low, possibly if it was raining or cloudy. The predominantly orange color scheme tends to create a very uplifting atmosphere. This is reflected in the friendliness of the staff.

Rooms
I would say that the bedrooms are unique in the sense that they have somehow created what you might call a 'mix of different styles'.

In the bedroom I was in, there is a shadow outline of what appears to be Marilyn Monroe kissing me goodnight.

Service

The rooms are in pristine and spotless condition. They are kept by an army of ladies, who are not at all messed up by the aftermath of the terrorism squad of less than 10 years. Never a complaint; real heroes!

Breakfast
A bright and well-tended bright room, where the variety of goodies breakfast', endlessly replenished by a friendly staff member. There are a range of coffees to compete with many Starbucks, plus fruit, cereals, pastries, cheese, serrano ham, York ham, salami and more than average items associated with a European breakfast. Times are consistent with holiday rules 7 am-11 am mainly. It set us up for the day.

Security
Although the hotel has dedicated parking spaces that are immediately outside its premises, and the area seems safe, they have an underground garage with capacity for 8 vehicles, up to a maximum height of 2 meters (10€ per day). The garage door remains closed except when a visitor requests to enter or exit. Reception is covered 24/7.

Locality
Pinto is a very well located neighborhood of Madrid. The local train station is a 10-minute walk away and the trains will take you to the city centre (Sol) in about half an hour (line C3 - return ticket cost €6).
Pinto is a social city, with many parks, green areas and playgrounds for children under 10. Many bars and restaurants (La Regina - pizzas to die for - the royal deal). Everything you need in the shops with friendly staff.
Evenings in the Catholic Street park are where families gather for a walk. Very safe environment.

My elderly father stayed at this hotel
While visiting our relatives in pinto Madrid. He unfortunately sustained a fall and broke his pelvis. In those uncertain times the hotel staff at Indiana hotel went beyond the call and assisted my father in finding him a more comfortable room and arranging for extended lodging while he received emergency care at their local hospital. We are forever grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness.

Great experience in this hotel. We loved everything from the location, the rooms, the service, breakfast that is included in the price with a large buffet, we will definitely return again. We stayed in the room that the girls had personalized with Looney Tunes. Very spacious rooms, very clean, large bathroom, in short, very happy with the stay, it's a shame that it was only one night and that we didn't meet him before. Very well located, near Warner Bros. park, just 10 minutes away. It gets my 5 stars

Being a light and shadow, i.e. the room we took triple family DELUXE, the very small room the bathroom was very large but meaningless, the double bed was comfortable the child's was horrible because it was a sofa bed, is what I liked least because it puts triple family deluxe, I did not see the deluxe anywhere, we were stuffed, I thought it would have been three beds not a sofa bed. Otherwise all very well, clean well, parking is paid, but if you look outside you usually find free place on the street. On the outside you have all the rooms in photos, gave us the impressions that paid a triple Deluxe and gave us the one that was not deluxe for the photos we saw that they gave us the smallest nothing to do with the photo that I assign us the web when I book it.

We wanted to visit Madrid center and surroundings
Rooms prepared for families
Very central hotel to be able to visit the surroundings of Madrid by car and in 15 minutes by train you are in Atocha.
It has buffet breakfast included.
The rooms in our case being a triple room were a bit tighter but perfect for the days we stayed.
You could hear some noise from other rooms but nothing out of the ordinary.
Very good value for money
Totally recommended

If you are going to have dinner there, there is a very good pizzeria nearby and the Puerto Pirata restaurant is 5 minutes away, which is amazing.

Three star hotel with two level.
The rooms are very colorful and very clean.
There is no telephone in the rooms or cafeteria to have a drink.
The breakfast was very average, for a room price of over €100/night.
When you check in they charge you for the entire stay regardless of whether you end up having to leave early.

Cleanliness, customer service and tranquility a 10.
The information they offer you about places to visit or where to eat was very helpful.
It is located in a quiet area next to a park, which is wonderful for people who bring pets.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We slept very well.

The staff was very good and the breakfast was fantastic and abundant.
But the room smelled very damp, it was a constant smell. And the only point of natural light and ventilation in the room was a skylight that you had to stand on a chair to open.
Comfortable hotel to go to the Warner, but I would not recommend it to anyone

The hotel is very simple, but it is clean and the staff very friendly, especially the girl and the gentleman at the reception. The area is very quiet.
It’s ideal if you’re going to Warner, because nearby is the bus stop that takes you.
It is also very close to the train station.

On our visit to Warner we chose this hotel and it was a great success. The triple Deluxe rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very complete and if something was missing it was replaced immediately. The attention of the reception workers is very good. without a doubt we will repeat.
