It was the perfect mini getaway in a very peaceful setting and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was delicious especially the scones! Diane and Dave were the perfect hosts. I really appreciated all the little details like complimentary snacks, slippers and toiletries! I would definitely go back. The only thing, is the stairs/walk down to the pool could be challenging for people with mobility issues.
I can not begin to express how happy I am that I found this place via a Facebook ad! We recently celebrated our wedding at Centennial House and we're so glad that we did. Diane and Dave were wonderful from the moment we contacted them to come just take a look around. Diane kept in contact with me throughout the whole countdown and continually was available if I had any random question or concerns. Our wedding was small and simple, yet elegant and beautiful. The hour and a half was a perfect amount of time for us to say I do, and make some wonderful memories. Dave and Diane had everything so beautifully put together for us, and they were so organized which took a lot of the headache off of us. We both appreciate both of their professionalism and patience. If you are looking to have a small and intimate wedding with beautiful scenery, and no headaches then this is your place to go! A huge thank you goes out to Diane and Dave for making our day perfect! - Mr and Mrs. James…
Gigantic fenced lawn, heated pool with deck and lovely garden, spacious White Pine room with fireplace, friendly, professional hosts, and amazing breakfasts. Great place to wind down (but they also have WiFi and Disney Channel), you could vacation here alone! Conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of many dog friendly boutique wineries and restaurant patios. Hosts provided informative recommendations. Can’t wait to stay here again!
Perfect location and amazing hosts with such attention to detail. We stayed in the black walnut room and every detail has been thought of for your comfort. From the beach towels in a bag ready to take to the pool to the ear plugs on the bedside table. The room is very comfortable and the property is beautiful lending to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Breakfast is included and the food was just delicious with so many options to choose from. We biked to the vineyards and then enjoyed the many amenities that are available on this property. The pool, the gazebos, watching the birds and enjoying the gardens to a lovely fire in the evening. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much Diane and Dave. Your passion for this bed and breakfast made this a wonderful trip away.…
We visited in may and it was A great experience. Diane and Dave have really thought of everything to make the stay very comfortable. They accommodated our requests to help us check in prior to a wedding. The room was very comfortable. So many amenities that we didn’t think of prior to coming that we’re nice to see. The breakfast what is a highlight with so many personalized options. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Diane and Dave for making it a memorable experience.
My girlfriend and I stayed in the White Pine Room and it was just as advertised. Large room, with relaxing fireplace and extremely clean. Dave and Diane were perfect hosts and did everything to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We were walking distance from our dinner at The Pearl Morrisette. Highly recommend and hope to return again in the summer.
we stayed in the White pine room. nice large room. Quiet with fireplace table to eat breakfast. Walk to pearl morristte and enjoy wine and dinner without having to drive. breakfast excellent. will sure to return for another stay. Pool would nice to use
We stayed in a suite that had a wood burning fireplace, table and great balcony overlooking the pool. The location was driving only, so no walking into town. But the advantage of that is that you're not in town. The little details were thought about which made us smile. The shower was a tight squeeze though I managed. Only vegan food. Although I confess to missing my bacon and eggs, I found the waffles with the fruit and muffins were excellent. Lots of wineries around there too, which was wonderful. We'll definitely return.
Just the getaway my husband and I needed. The grounds are very well kept. Nice area to go for a walk The pool is very nice. Nice spots to lounge in the shade and the sun. The breakfasts are delicious. Loved the waffles and berries. The oatmeal granola square with apples was so delicious. Close to a lot of amazing wineries. Can’t wait to go back again. This was our second time here.
We celebrated our ten year anniversary at the Centennial House B&B and we love this place! It was recommended by a family member and did not disappoint. Dave and Diane were great hosts who have truly thought of everything. There was a beach bag with towels for the pool, bug spray for the outdoor fire and an Alexa in the room and by the pool for music. We spent the afternoon in the pool and night by the fire and relaxing on the hammock. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back.
