We absolutely loved staying in the Sunrise Suite. Brenda and John were the perfect hosts and the breakfast was just fantastic. Do yourselves a favour if you stay here and make the most of the sun deck, for both sunrise and sunset. We had a great time using the Weber Braai/BBQ outside and watching the sun go down and couldn't...

We checked in later than planned and after a long drive from Big Sur, we were welcomed by the lovely fairy lights and beautifully presented lodge - just magical. We stayed in the garden suite - room was immaculate, very clean, great air con and the softest pillows you can ask for. The breakfast offering was just perfect for us...

WOW - What a great place. We stayed in the Rose Suite. We had 5 adults and one child. The Suite was very clean and roomy. The grounds are also well maintained. We have always stayed in local hotels/motels in the past. NEVER AGAIN. You couldn't ask for better hosts then John and Brenda. They are both very friendly and...

We stayed here over memorial weekend in the Rose Suite. There were two couples, and there were two bedrooms. Well one bedroom, and an open loft with a door. If you are looking for more privacy, I wouldn't recommend sharing this with two couples. Anytime someone has to go to the bathroom they can see and hear what's going on...

My husband and I spent the weekend in the Sterling Suite and loved it. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and welcome. The suite had everything we needed and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the views were spectacular. Breakfast both mornings was delicious and fresh. I especially liked the fresh fruit. Each evening we...

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights together with our two daughters. We chose the sunrise suite to be able to see the early morning sun rising up through the beautiful mountain. The lodge has a million dollar view. Very quiet. Very clean and homey with comfy bed, adequate supply of towels, toiletries and the basic kitchen needs are...

My husband and I spent a weekend here and it was just lovely. Great room, lovely breakfast and gorgeous views. It was also very quite and relatively close to town and Yosemite - very recommended. The room was massive - upstairs and downstairs and we really appreciated the space.
