Room was nice and good sized bathroom. We wanted to start early as biking over Col de l'Isere so we asked for bike storage room to be open by 07.30. The owner said it would be opened when the breakfast staff came on at 07.30 but she didn't come until 07.45 which was annoying to be hanging around. Breakfast only...

Stayed here for a second time after a ski holiday last year. The hotel is small, yet very cozy and quaint. The rooms are impeccable and the hotel is conveniently situated close to the train station, downtown BSM and the funicular to take you up skiing. The owner has been extremely helpful and welcoming both times. There is plenty of...

Get off the train, stroll to this hotel. Stroll to the funicular, to gain access to Les Arcs. Stroll to the station to buy bus tickets to other ski resorts, eg: Val d'Isere. It is the ideal base within BSM. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. And when the holiday is over...stroll down to the station!

I spent one night in a double room at Arolla Hotel. It's situated about 500 meters from the train station. Our room was clean and a bit smallish. We had also own bathroom. The furniture was partially wooden. The view from window was nice, we could see a mountain and street. At day time it was warm, because there were...

Booked this using trip advisor to guide us. Nice and centrally located. Found the owner/manager very helpful and offered drying facities. Rooms are lovely if a little small but for an over night there fine. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment but it smelled nice!! Again no problems recommending this hotel!!

We had an unexpected stay in the hotel following an accident which required treatment in Bourg St Maurice Hospital. We arrived late and the owner was really helpful and ordered some carry out pizzas for us. The next day he scanned documents to our insurance company and, as my walking was very limited, he also gave us a lift to...

I spent one night here, as a stop on a bike tour with friends. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and the owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. We could store our - quite valuable- road bikes safely and without extra charge. I forgot my buff scarf at check out. They were extremely helpful and mailed it...

We stayed here recently whilst driving through the Alps. Our room was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't need them we had facilities for disabled travellers which gave us plenty of room and a great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good continental style.

We stayed here on our way up to Val d'Isere for one night. The rooms were clean (in fact spotless) and our room on the top floor was perfect. The internal alpine wood finish to the rooms gave a warm cosy feel. There was free wifi, free parking and a great breakfast with friendly service to finish it all off....

Close to the centre of town. Friendly proprietor who speaks good English. Clean, warm, good coffee at breakfast, great example of this sort of hotel. Highly recommended. Close to the centre of town.
