We have stayed at MMV Centaure in La Plagne many times, and I have always given excellent reviews, however its taken me till now to leave a review for our last stay in January this year. Why... because I hate to leave a bad review for what is basically a good resort - I know how damaging it can be...

Centaure is great as I have said in previous reviews, we like it, spacious, quiet, accessible and convenient(ish) for ski school, well decorated and so on. But this year the place just needed a really good deep clean, the dirt accumulation was gross and we were there right at the beginning of the season. I am writing this as we...

Booked early check so was in apartment around 1130 hrs which gave full day to get sorted.Apartment was one bedroom but had bunk beds on open cabin area between lounge and bedroom so plenty of space. Also had separate toilet in hallway area and separate toilet next to bathroom. Also on suit shower. Kitchen area was a bit small but...

Lets get the ONLY bad point out the way. Having arrived at about 1 o'clock we where told by the rep that its just a 10 minute walk from drop of point, it was ALL up hill through the underground car park, then once at the apartments being told that you can't have the room until 5 o'clock !!!!! OK...

We stayed in room 714 for a week in January as part of a last minute skiing holiday from Neilsons. The room itself was in excellent condition. It appeared to have been recently renovated. Not sure if all the rooms are as new as this though. There we two of us in the room and it was fine. A second...

Second visit to this resort, we love it, its clean and spacious, very well equipped apartments and perfectly located for ski school meeting points and centre. The spa and pool are clean and pleasant. The staff are wonderful, we arrived early with a small child and called on the way to get an early check in, they radio-ed the cleaners...

Greater nicely after a 13 hour drive, finally got there and told our original check in for 2 was now 4/5. We requested extra pillows and the staff were outraged and refused to give them to us. They then didn't take full payment when we offered and said we could pay at end, they then proceed to hound us every...

Transfer from Grenoble or gene a is around three hours, but worthwhile when you get there. Get the early flight out then you're there for lunchtime and can pick up your skis and boots ready for the next day on the slops! The apartments themselves are located on the edge of the village, it's about a fifteen minute walk through...

We stayed in this residence April 2014 (2 adults, one child), the last week of the skiing season so we got a good last minute deal. The location is good, on to a blue slope that goes to the lifts in Bellecote. The apartment was decent for what you can expect skiing but I would have been disappointed if I...

Le Centaure is in a great location in belle Plagne so no complaints there. We booked an apartment for 8 people but there was only 1 sofa which would sit 4 people max & at a squeeze. Dinning room table had 6 seats. The receptionist couldn't care less when we asked if this was normal or even better to lend...

“think every apartment is well located, being on the side of a hill reception is on floor 5 (this also brings you out to the upper meeting point for the esf ski school), spa on level 2 and boot room and ski lockers on level 1, there are two lifts so it really doesnt matter what floor you are on.”
