Friendly and very welcoming hotel team that couldn’t do enough to make our stay amazing. The hotel is ski-in/out and has the bus stop right outside, just in case there’s no snow. Oh and it's only 500 meters (<5min) to the town centre. The hotel has everything you would want including secure ski lockers, boot dryers, a sauna, Jacuzzi, great...

Love it, 4th ot 5th skiing holiday here. Rooms are fine (sharing a room for 3 with only 2, so enough space), not super luxurious but just right! Food fine too, nice sauna and good size swimming pool, so what more does one need!

Had a great stay in this hotel December 16, Roxane the owner is so welcoming and super helpful! Perfect location with the bus to the Gondola stopping right outside the door and the hotel has such a warm, cosy feel. Loved the bar with the open fire and they made some fab cocktails. This hotel has a lovely spa area, welcoming bar and lounge area with open fire, good ski locker facilities and comfortable bedrooms. It is an attractive building inside and outside. It is conveniently situated for the ski area and the ski bus stops outside...only one stop from the lifts. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the food is...

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we are very impressed with it. The staff is wonderful. We had the half board, and the food is excellent, with two selections every night. We are seasoned ski travelers and have come to the conclusion that there are few, if any, places that can compete with the Three Valleys area....

Food was really good - where else do you get 5 courses with two of those having choices? Lots of high cuisine but even when they gave us the Savoyard burger - AMAZING - still can't work out how you make a burger that good! All staff were lovely - Roxanne so kind and barman very attentive with cocktails any...

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in the 3 valleys with easy access to all areas. Food is excellent and I would class it as 'fine dinning'. Hotel is clean and staff are excellent. The biggest downfall is Neilson. We have had a bad experience with them in Andorra before, and they have not improved. We were never...

This was our 4th visit to the hotel and as usual the standard was very high. The rooms are well maintained and look amazing. We stayed in 224 this year, which looks out to the mountains and is at the end of the property so very quiet. The food in the hotel is of a very high standard. The choice...
