We stayed here in the height of summer and this hotel provided us with the essentials we needed, the room were basic but clean and the rooms linen and towels changed regularly. The pool area is fantastic, sunbeds can prove challenging but that's the nature of the beast when on holiday. The only critique was choice of food, especially for...

I stayed at this hotel. Nobody in the receoption can help you must speak to the manager who was never there to help at all with all the problems we had. We kept going back, then on the day we were leaving they wanted us to wait longer to see the manager who never wanted to speak to us. There...

The hotel itself is good, amenities, pools etc....the food is awful, they have no idea what meat is what, if you go full board Bo drinks are included apart from with breakfast and even then the drinks aren't great. It seems to be a hotel mainly for Spanish people, the entertainment including the so called children's club was all in Spanish....

I have listed our true experiences in this Hotel. 1. Transfer coach drops you off 2 streets away from Hotel entrance. 2. The Hotel caters for mainly Spanish, so be warned they jump the queues when checking in. 3. The rooms are clean however dated. 4. The tv has 29 channels but none are English. 5. Most of the staff...

I don't normally agree with many reviews on here but I have to say the bad ones are pretty accurate! Where to start? The good bits first! We had a room in Mira - great size, 2 double beds, balcony & nice bathroom. Our view overlooked the pools. The pools are lovely & there are plenty of beds. Breakfast is...
