Stayed for an all inclusive week with my husband. Taxi transfer from Reus airport took 20 minutes and cost 32 euros. Check in was very quick by a very pleasant and friendly receptionist. Room was spotless and a good size. There was a small balcony. Travelled in October and the weather was not great. The night entertainment was very poor... More

We paid 120€ for 3 nights all inclusive (2 adults) with friends and family. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff smiley and friendly. If you have any Spanish... use it! Very generous bar measures, hot dogs, burger & chips served more or less all day from the bar... really tasty. Not surprised food is sometimes cold, use the microwave in the... More

I looked for a room for only one night before going to Port Aventura. It was not a good decision. Bed was dirty. In fact I have doubts it was really cleaned. In addition, I think it it's not the hotel for a family. People partying, and pubs in the same street.

We stayed here due to a booking error which was NOT OUR FAULT. Not really my scene...it really was like Blackpool. The hotel was painted Bright Blue and Red my heart sank. However when we went in there was a beautiful foyer and staff were lovely. Have to say the Color scheme was not my taste but that,s not the... More

Hotel was reasonably well positioned for the beach 5min walk if in decent shape although up a decent gradient hill so my mother struggled and ended up hiring a mobility scooter our last day. Hotel was clean and well presented although could do with modernisation throughout. Majority of staff I wouldn't call rude but certainly not in the realms of... More

The hotel was in a noisy location, Irish bars and next door hotel's night time entertainment, also delivery lorries early morning. There is a steep hill to climb when returning to the hotel but ok if your reasonably fit. The rooms were very basic and several repairs were needed. The shower head was not fixed so Fastened it up by... More

Just got back today 3rd October. Came with Siesta holidays and stayed all inclusive here. Can't understand why some on here complain about this hotel cos it was clean thoroughly. Food was good in all areas even the more fussy eaters will still find something that they can eat too. Nice to see a hotel cater for the disabled people.... More

Am extremely disappointed in this hotel definitely the worst I've stayed in rooms are fine and clean but beds are very uncomfortable. Bins around pool full of rubbish attracting flies and wasps everything served in plastic or paper cups I asked for an ashtray and I was handed a plastic cup with water in it. The food was hit and...
