Positives: Pool is great. Negatives, Poor rooms: very basic rooms and too small and very noisy. Food: Frozen food and tasteless. Parking: there is none at the hotel and you have to drive around looking for a space on the roads outside and then pay for it every 2 hours. Oh, also wanted to mention that the Pirate shop has over...

We went for October half term week with a 5 year old and 6month old baby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are friendly. The layout of hotel means you can see the stage etc even if you are wanting an early night. Pools are staffed with lifeguards. The entertainment team made the holiday for us though, they were...

We stayed at the Pirates Village in June. Kids are 6 and 2. We stayed in a 'themed room' which wasn't really worth the extra money, but we had balcony and pool view so I was happy with that. Shows were great and the staff worked none stop to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. Staff were friendly and the kids...

We had paid extra for pirate themed room and to be honest wish we hadn't it wasn't all that for paying extra to upgrade but heard the other rooms were great. There is so much entertainment for the kids. Shows are out of this world! We loved every second of it after spending 2 weeks all...

The entertainment team are top notch and the kids loved it. The theming for Halloween was Disneyland level. Even the pool was died blood red...

Stayed here with my whole family for seven nights. My grand children loved it. There ages range from 6 to 15. What a fantastic time we all had too. Been to Santa Ponsa a few times but this was the first time at this hotel and it definitely won't be our last. I cannot say anything bad about it. We...
