Stayed here 15h - 22nd May 2017. The staff are constantly cleaning. We were impressed. The hotel in due for a refurbish next April, May and June 2018. The furnishing were a little tired but we still really enjoyed ourselves The wellness centre under the hotel was very relaxing and loved the Dead Sea and water jet pools 5minute walk...

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at this hotel end April/beginning May. We both agreed it was one of the best holidays ever. Overall, the hotel is in need of a little refurbishment, but this is already planned for next year. Our room was comfortable and always very clean once the cleaning staff had been in there each day....

We stayed at the Escorial for a week for the first time recently, on an all inclusive basis. Mainly 'mature' people staying, and mostly German. Hence very few English TV channels - mainly German or Spanish. The decor is 'tired' (not 4 star) but they obviously recognise this as the hotel is closing from mid April to the end of...

I would not recommend the Escorial because of the cockroaches. The reception worker said the cockroaches are normal at this hotel, and the housekeeper kills him as if this activity was not strange to her. Pros: jaccuzi on the roof and nice view from the roof. Do not book rooms near the garden - it is from where the cockroaches...

Visited here oct last year. Full of old rude German people who stare at you as if you shouldn't be there. The bar men and women favourite the German people over English and it take about 20mins just to get a drink!! Rooms were ok and clean but a bit old fashioned and food was rubbish, most days we would...

I stayed at the Escorial for two weeks over the Easter period, and there was a good range of ages, from retired couples through to young families with babies. Many nationalities, but I heard German spoken more than any other language. The hotel is closing from mid April to the end of June next year (2018) for refurbishment, and it...

I've been to Las Palmas staying at Escorial, bulls hotel, a few weeks ago and it was excellent. Beginning with the hotel location, it's 2 minutes walk from the beach where you can have a nice view from the dunes which are 15 minutes walk by the beach. Cleaning in the hotel was very good as well as the rooms....

Our party of 4 stayed at the Escorial for a week in March. We had emailed the hotel to ask for upper floor rooms next to each other however, there appeared to be no knowledge of this on arrival. Our first rooms were not too pleasant however, we were allocated better rooms the following day. One of our party was...
