After reading some reviews of this hotel was a bit worried but the majority of the negative comments are unfounded, yes the hotel is dated and the it is in need of a renovation but something is quite quaint about it. First the positives 1 Clean room service every day 2 good pool area plenty of beds 3 very pleasant...

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of April for the first time and were pleasantly supprised by the hotel. Yes it is old fashioned in decor but also in service and standards which is a good thing. The rooms are dated but spacious and have a homely charm, they were cleaned every day and were spotless. The...

Stayed here only one nihgt during our short visit from Las Palmas. We chose because of the price and were a bit excited what to get. Really spacy apartment, bedroom, livingroom and open kitcjenette and balcony with a nice view to the pool. Nice and quiet pool area and very clean too. A bit old fashioned furniture in rooms, but...

it feels like hotel from the 80's. but still good to stay there. reception and waiting staff in the restaurant were very nice. it is not too far to the beach and the city centre. Shopping mall is also close. I don't think it is suitable for young people. Would stay there just for the quick weekend away.

Stayed here with my wife for a week at the end of march. It was a decent enough hotel but as stated the room design was a bit funky, for the first ten minutes I thought I was in game of thrones. However after the initial shock you forget all about the decor as the rooms are very clean and...

If you're staying only for sleeping, it's fine and cheap.. For long lasting stay I will recommend another place... Let's say, the hotel was clean, but I felt like I'm on Castle, maybe that's the purpose, but innovation wouldn't be bad.

Entering the gardens of the Rey Carlos hotel it feels like travelling back in time, back to the 70's. Very nice spacious pool area with plenty of sun beds, a pool bar and showers. Even a jacuzzi hidden away. One can tell this hotel was opened in 1974 as all furniture got the feeling of genuine Spanish quality of past...

Lovely hotel, if you like to be set back to the 20.th century. Hotel is outdated, even the staff are very nice and helpful. - I warn you - don't by the breakfast or half board - it's a disaster ! After one night, we ended up to go somewhere else for breakfast and dinner.. In Addition, I have to...
