Great for families. Our room was great for the four of us! The wifi however is absolutely chronic and did not work at all for the second week. There is no lift so you must Cary all suitcases up stairs. There was building works ongoing at the time. Can be very expensive in areas surrounding the hotel. Happy hour at...

Travelling as a retired couple (mid 6o's) we stayed at Parque Santiago 111, self-catering 3 -17th March 2017 in studio 56 La Palma, a ground floor studio with private garden area, booking and travelling with Thomas Cook. On arrival we were a little concerned about the limited storage capacity of the kitchen facilities (due mainly to the plethora of cooking...

Brilliant holiday couldn't fault anything except the receptionist gave us the wrong details to where our room was situated so had to go back, the problem is you have too carry your cases up 2 flights of steps before you can get to the lift, and this we had to do twice so was quite annoyed at this, otherwise no...

Parque Santiago 3 was a lovely break, myself an 2 other twenty-somethings had a weeks break in March. We had a self-catering in a studio apartment. twin beds and a sofa-convert, roomy bathroom and small kitchenette. Our balcony unfortunately didn't get any direct sun but it did keep the room cool. The pool area was great, clean, tidy, great kids...

Apartment also very clean, although not very sunny so not good for drying towels etc. 30€ for safe is a...

Accommodation is adequate but badly needing refurbished. On arrival we were very disappointed as room was overlooking road & taxi rank & being February, terrace had no sun whatsoever. We asked for a change & staff were very helpful & immediately arranged for us to move 2 days later. On day of change, we went to view the alternative apartment,...

We stay here every year for 3 weeks in February. The large pool area is busy but we never have to scramble for sun beds at any time. The tiled floor is now looking tired and in need of refurbishment. The location is ideal close to all local amenities including supermarket if your staying self catering. The restaurant has value...

Stayed here as a couple from the 18-25 Feb, we were allocated a really large apartment (probably too big for two people!) and the lounge, bedroom, storage space was excellent. The bathrooms are very dated but the shower was powerful. We walked all mornings so only wanted a laze round pool at lunch time and we always got two beds...
