This review is also a response to Sergio's comments on Lisa's review, we were also at the hotel at the same time, the staff in general were miserable with the exception of 1 blonde female receptionist whose name I've forgotten. If you're Spanish you'll get better service and also a smile. We also had no complimentary drinks at arrival, on...

We were changed to this hotel by Jet2 four days before departure from the adults only genuine 4-star hotel situated down the road in a quieter area. On arrival everything seemed fine but definitely not a 4-star. The food was adequate if repetitive, the drinks the norm for all-inclusive, and the hotel seemed to cater mostly toward the Spanish guests;...

Due to an overbooking error, our travel company transferred our holiday to the Hotel Troya at very short notice. Initially, we had reservations due to the hotel's location close to the Veronicas nightlife. However, from our room (no. 326), we were not disturbed at all by either traffic or any noise from the bars and nightclubs. The bedroom itself was...

The positive things I found were the Hotel's location, outside areas which were clean, the quiet terrace that had plenty of quality sunbeds available, the food which, whilst was not be the best Ive experienced, was adequate. The room was comfortable but a bit tired. The negatives, unfriendly staff in the dining room, making eye contact and the occasional smile...

We went in the children's Easter holidays and had a junior suite (416) and a Superior (upgraded free to an Alexandria on arrival 412). In my humble opinion the positives include: * There we always sun loungers free at any point in the day - this is unusual for many hotels. * The pool was a really good depth for...
