Will be back as we ended up buying the rental ! Many, many activities..all free: petanque. shuffle-board, line-dancining lessons and practices, zumba, yoga, library, puzzle room , wi-fi cafe, power-walking, movie night, quilting club etc social hall games and crafts (instructions) etc etc large pool, extra-wonderful manager and activities director and staff ! Spent 3 months there....longer next season.

We have stayed here for 3 winters, we will be back for another. There is a lot to do, the park has a lot of trees and the flowers are stunning. Staff is great and they make you feel like you are with family. This is a great place to get out of the snow.

Great activities. A lot of variety. Every Friday they have hamburger night( not always hanburgers-sometimes fried chicken, pizza, lasagne ) followed by karaoke. Zumba, bingo, Ya Hoo, etc. We are spending the winter here.

Les Québécois y sont heureux et assez nombreux, ils font attention pour que ça coûte pas chère au propriétaire de peur d'avoir des augmentations de prix l'année suivante. Tu paies tout séparément, le Wifi, le cable Tv, les vidanges que tu dois aller porter dans le conteneur toi même car il ne sont pas ramassé.et 2-3 activités par semaines pas incluses que tu paies en suppléments. L'électricité est vendu à 17.7 cents Us le KW alors que d'autres campings chargent 14 cents. la piscine est petite(photo non représentative) beaucoup de chaise de casser, le gérant a répondu que les gens apportent leurs chaises.

Spent the winter in South Texas and just loved it. Yes there are days that are windy but not enough to keep me from returning. Nice place and great people.
