I have been attempting to leave a review for about 20 minutes, but for some reason this site is not letting me do it. My husband, my children, and I stayed at the Hampton Inn at Mount Pleasant, Texas location. I would like it give it a 5 start rating. This hotel was fantastic! The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! 3 young ladies went out of their way to make our stay exceptional Melissa, Telisha, and Lydia. Melissa and Lydia worked the front desk and Telisha took care of the breakfast. Anything we needed these young ladies went out of their way to provide with a smile. I think these young ladies set the bar high and would be great for new employees to shadow. They deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service. All the staff seemed friendly. We will definitely stay at this facility again when I’m the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to others staying in the area.
