This place has a great location with good water views and plenty of parking for cars and boats. There is a marina and booth launch. We enjoyed our stay in the area where there is great fishing and boating in general.

We have our family reunion here every year. The room wasn't terrible. Beds are ok. Looks kinda clean. Either way this room is crawling with cockroaches. Not just one. There are many. Not the big wood roaches. These are nasty cockroaches. I paid for 2 nights but I think I'm going to just go ahead and drive home. The restroom...

The room itself was "acceptable" at the very best. No funny smells and everything worked. The bathroom, however was in HORRIBLE condition. Upon arrival and check-in, we saw the condition of the room and immediately returned to the office to request another room. There were no other rooms available, and we also checked other places nearby with no success, so...

So I'll start by saying that the only reason we stayed in the room after discovering how bad it was, is because our close friend reserved the room for us with his card and if we wouldn't have stayed and paid for it, he would have been charged. And we were here for his wedding so that wouldn't be nice...

This campground is very small and is very nicely located right on Lake Livingston. The views are beautiful. Unfortunately, most of the best spots are taken by perm. residents. There is also restaurant and bar that stays open until 2 am. There is loud music and a lot of people walking around drinking and loud noises. If you like to...

Spent 2 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The room was not fancy but on the 2nd floor had a big window with a great view of the lake. The air conditioner was cold and the beds were just average. The new owner is doing a great job and the customer service was top notch. The restaurant, formerly Hookers, now...

Hubby and I wanted an air conditioned room, king sized comfy bed and a place to go fishing. And for $68, we GOT IT! We didn't experience any bugs of any kind, but did get friendly service, a very clean and updated room, and a quiet atmosphere in the motel. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the...

We will never stay at this place again!! Arrived at the room to find it had big roach's running around and under the bed. Husband took the bed apart to kill them and found a nest of big roach's, he killed them all thank goodness. And under the mattress were 3 pain pills just laying there from previous renters..Neighbors were...

“There are only microwaves to use to cook food, so be prepared to eat at the restaurant, or take a disposable grill or crockpot or electric skillet - you get the picture. Other than that, there are fridges that get COLD fast, sinks, hot water, etc. Oh, and if you want to cook, bring EVERYTHING. There are no dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. There ARE plenty of clean towels and paper towels, tho. We never heard noise from the club while in our room.”
