We checked into a room in the enclosed outside courtyard. The floor boards were held down by screws with washers making for a tripping hazard throughout the room. The smoke alarm was off the wall, and placed on to of the closet rack with the battery pulled. There were dead bugs under the bathroom counter and under the microwave tabel....

Horrible. I don't care about fancy or new. I don't care about workers using Google it as their home, thankfully someone in America is working. I DO care about DIRTY. The bathroom smelled like urine, there was a partial bag of chips under one bed that my dog came out eating, and dirty clothes under the other bed. There was...

The entire damn town is overpriced motel wise. The motel is a little expensive, but staff is great. I was greated by a really nice, really cute clerk. She even offered to keep our bikes in her office over night! Super friendly family owned motel. Rooms are average, but clean. Rest of the town really weird. Staff here are great

I've been to ecno lodge before, but now that it is under new management there has been a major impact in improvement. Wonderful service from front desk, and helpful staff waiting to assist you. Comfortable rooms with king size bed to two queen size beds, tv with cable, fridge and microwave, rooms with kitchenettes available, bathroom with good water pressure....

We travel constantly for business and pleasure. I have NEVER left a hotel for which I had already paid. The front desk man was nice enough, but even he seemed like he was embarrassed to be there. He couldn't refund our money because we were "after 7pm" (too tired to fight it), but they can keep it. Anything to not...

We stayed here on our way home from Tucson. The front desk staff were friendly. The room comfortable. It looks somewhat rundown. But a good place to stay. They had free breakfast, they had a dish that my daughter had not had in years since I don't know how to make it. It brought back happy memories for her. My...

I booked with an EconoLodge on W. 3rd Street in Pecos, TX. Trying to find them to write a review, I could only find them as a Travelodge at that same address. Even though the receipt I received says Econolodge. Not surprised, since they didn't have a sign outside. I asked why, they said it had blown down. Spoke to...

We’ve been on a long trip over over three months. We’ve stayed at both US and European hotels. We’ve been on the Queen Mary 2. We’ve even rented a plantation farm house for a week in Virginia. But our stay last night at the Econo Lodge in Pecos (formerly the Travelodge), Texas was the worst of the worst. First of...

This property is old and in need of refurbishment. This property caters to oil .field workers who track in a lot of dirt, so maybe the refurbishments are not a priority . Otherwise our room was clean and comfortable

Other than having very limited parking space this is the friendliest, comfortable and cheapest place to stay in Pecos
