Despite being apparently being renovated in June this place is utterly disgusting. I'm also confused on why this place labels itself as a hotel because it functions more like week to week apartment like the Budget Suites. Here are a few of my observations to consider if you are thinking about staying here: Don't let the TripAdvisor pics fool you like they fooled me. Get ready for gross common areas with dirty carpet in the hallways and stairs. There is so much dirt on the stair handrails that the white paint has turned gray or brown. The elevator is beat up and doesn't look like it's been updated since the 60s. I used my blacklight to sanitize surfaces for covid and lemme just say....definitely DO NOT sit on the couch in the room. Don't think about asking the front desk for anything....ever. You only get clean towels if you bring the dirty ones to the front desk first. Also, no extra towels because they claim there is a cap per occupant....only one set of towels per person folks! Heaven forbid you want to use a towel to sit on the stain covered couch in your suite. Also the same goes for blankets. You only get the one included in your room, no extras bucko! Coffee and hot water for tea are available downstairs until only around 9am each day (most places have it available 24 hours) Breakfast: carbs and sugar options only. Online they claim there is a complimentary continental breakfast but it is really a brown bag with a granola bar and a bag of mini muffins from Sam's Club. You also may get a bonus cutie orange some mornings. I understand it's covid but it's not too much to ask to have more substantial options available like bagels/pastries or actual protein options for people who don't eat sugar or carbs. Thankfully they have a ice machine but there are no ice buckets in the rooms so you will need to ask for a laundry bag to bring your ice up to your room. Treat the bag with care because you will need to reuse it if you plan to stay for longer than one night. Just do you know, per customer service all Marriotts are franchised so any type of resolution must be done at the local level with the hotel. If you chose to stay here, don't count on Marriott advocating for you. I strongly suggest staying somewhere else. Many of the other properties in the area are newer with better service and higher quality amenities.

Dear K7906BMJK, Thank you for your honest review. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. COVID 19 has skewed regular hotel operations everywhere. It seems like your stay was not a very recent one. We had finished our renovations last year. I am also happy to let you know that we have been serving Bagels, English muffins, Oat meal packet as our Grab-N-Go options along with the sealed packed muffins, a snack bar and a fruit. I also believe that you may have stayed at the hotel when we had a kid accidentally break a sprinkler head causing quite some damage and debris in the stairwell and we probably were in the process of remedying and cleaning up the same. Like everyone in the world, we are very hopeful that life, business and for us hotel operations returns to normal very soon. Sincerely,

On several visit to this hotel, i am always lied to about an elite member upgrade. Not available, not cleaned, and we are just out of them. So this trip, walked around this dated hotel and found out that they did have upgraded rooms but would only give them to customers that are paying a higher price and regardless on elite status and made sure that certain customer did not get them. Even with staying many nights, they would not give the upgrades and many upgraded rooms available. It is a pick and choose which customer get the upgrades. The rule was that on your 4th night, you would get house keeping, did not get even with being told that i would get it. The area stores are bad as well. Over priced merchandise and keep in mind, there is a Walmart near by. No frills at this location. Barely get coffee.

Our family moved all of 12 people’s items from the nearby Candlewood after it sucked so badly. This place is new, clean, large suites, separate kitchens. We stayed 5 nights. Ask for a top floor if you don’t wanna hear kids jumping. Pool is nice, clean propane grills, out 2 bed suite was awesome. Sandeep was great! We had an AC issue and he got it taken care of.

Well, being a elite member, this hotel will not nor try to provide upgraded service. Regardless of how high you status is i was not offer nor gotten a upgrade. And then to make matter worst, the manager advise me that he need to authorize my card for one amount and tried 5 times authorizing amounts that was well above the amount that he told me. Keep in mind folks, the nights were free and with business travel for 230 a year there are hotels that try to. This is not a full service hotel, nor would i pay $3.00 for a 20 oz soda when the grocery stores are less than a mile away. For the record, i have never charged anything to a room with 200 nights a year and over 25 years of travel. NOTHING AT ALL. While checking in, i was called from my card company security and thought that someone was trying to committ fraud on my accound with all the attempts that they were making on the card. Terrible service. BEWARE. I had the card closed..The rooms are small and the lighting is bad. Television mount is not in a good place and just an overall bad stay.
