This is a very friendly and quite place to stay. Breakfast is delivered to your door they don't wake you up you get up and it's at your door around 7am. I'd stay there again.
It's not right on the beach but the beach is not to far just right down the road.
They have a pool and

We loved our stay at Amelia‘s Landing and it has been a great experience. Becca, Jay and Mary are super friendly and the aviation themed rooms are cool and clean. Breakfast - I loved the muffins! - was delivered to our door!

We drive to Port A from San Antonio on a last minute road trip. My daughter, dog and I wanted to do a quick trip to the beach before school starts.

We were greeted promptly by a very friendly staff person who was very clear and concise as to amenities and rules.

Our room was

We love this place - they serve you breakfast in your room, they have a nice pool and an even nicer hot tub. Desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. Amelia's Landing is the only hotel in Port Aransas that we have used.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, close to everything, and friendly staff. Recommendation-have coffee cups in your rooms for those that bring their own coffee. Also, improve your “continental breakfast”. Maybe consider an eating area so you can offer more choices.

Hi Pam, Thanks for taking the time to review us! WRT our delivered-to-your-room continental breakfast, we have honed the menu choices over the last 16 years to appeal to the widest audience while still being shelf stable. Since we deliver the basket at 7 AM, and some people don't open it until almost noon, whatever we provide must be able to survive almost 5 hours in 100 degree heat! This obviously eliminates things like dairy products. WRT coffee, we provide 10-cup Wolfgang Puck brand filter packets -- the best in the industry. No silly 1 or 2 cup coffee makers in our hotel! :-) I'm a coffee fanatic, so we provide only the best. As far as an eating area, that is what we were trying to eliminate! In our opinion, there is nothing worse than eating breakfast in a motel's lobby with a bunch of guys who haven't showered yet. Our breakfast can be eaten in bed, at the pool, or even at the beach! Again, thanks for coming -- and we look forward to seeing you again soon! -- Jay & Mary Honeck Owners/Innsitters

When does the 2 weeks of spring break start? I recently booked a rooml for the weekend of march 10th and I am 18. Am I still going to be available to rent the room I booked?
I know that they will not rent out rooms to people under 25 unless there is an adult over 25 supervising them. Call the hotel and explain your situation. The owners are wonderful people.

I have 2 Questions: (1) Do you have a room with 2 double beds with a handicap accessible room with a shower (my mother is 80 years old and can not step up to a tub and needs a shower seat) (2) We have a small Service Dog, from what I understand legally you are not supposed to charge for a service animal is that true? Would we still have to pay the $25.00 for a pet fee there?
Unfortunately, the hotel was built before accessibilty was a standard practice. All of our rooms have steps to get to the room. Sorrry we would not be able to help you, I suggest the newer chain properties on the island.

How old do you have to be to book a room? I've heard 18 and I've heard 21! Thanks!
You have to be 18 normally, but for the 2 weeks of spring break, the minimum is 25 years old. We like to keep a quiet property.

Do you accept a 48 lb dog and how much per night? 2 adults, 2 beds for 2 nights, April 27-29th. Thank you, Pmmurphy52
It would be $99.95+tax per night in a double queen room on April 27-29th. Plus there is a $25+tax pet fee per night. Call us to make this reservation! 361-749-5572 or toll free 888-671-8088. Don't forget about our off least dog park on property!
