Spent three nights at the end of December. It was a nice, quite hotel with great welcoming holiday décor. The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast good variety. The staff was friendly, would stay again.

This location is great - close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and they provide excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is a bonus! We return to this location because of the great service and quality.

Would not recommend hotel due to staff and management. Either stay at another la quinta or another hotel in town. They hung on me multiple times during the reservation process, and admitted it was their fault for the hang up, while I was making the reservation they made me

Good evening, I apologize that you are upset by your experience with our hotel, however I reviewed the cameras and spoke to the guest agents that were working the desk that afternoon. Unfortunately, yes, you were hung up on, however it was an accident by a new employee who is still learning how to work the switchboard, and he was actually trying to verify the correct procedure with his supervisor to make sure he was informing you correctly. We do in fact accept credit card authorizations, however your supervisor was not wanting to send us one in time for us to be able to process it for your checkin, which we would be happy to accept after your checkin, however we would need to check you in with your credit card, and we could have switched the payment to the card on the credit card authorization form once we had received it, and he was asking if you wanted to proceed with the reservation, he did not intend for it to be perceived as asking do you want to stay here. I apologize if there were any misunderstandings, and I hope you will grant us the opportunity to serve you again. Best regards,

Didn’t have my reservation when I arrived. Had to settle for a 1 bed room and a very uncomfortable pull out couch. Then had to repack everything and move the next night. I travel a lot and can’t risk not having my reservation upon arrival. This has never happened at any other

Do these rooms have microwave and/or mini-fridge? Does this place have airport shuttle?
Yes, every room has a microwave and fridge. We do offer shuttles for DFW International airport, Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. Thank you.
