This was the BEST B&B overall that we have visited. The location is a little bit from civilization, but that meant it was AMAZINGLY quiet and peaceful. The property was very scenic and fun to walk. The sleeping area and Lodge were VERY clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and were ample sized. Rebecca was an wonderful Hostess. We...

What a great place!! Well maintained rooms. Great hospitality and the best blueberry pancakes on the planet!! Really can not recommend this place highly enough. We chose Three Falls Cove purely by chance and we lucked out. If you are traveling through the area do yourself a big favor and stop in for a night (or two).

On a spring day that turned out cold and gray in the Panhandle, I was warmly welcomed by host Rebecca and sidekick Annie. The cabin was a wonderful respite from the chill, with its wood-burning stone fireplace, its comfortable rustic sofa and bed, its top-quality linens, its well-stocked kitchenette, its luxurious, warm bathroom with garden whirlpool tub, and its restful...

As a regular reviewer ,I know that title sounds corny. But, the owners of this beautiful retreat away from chaos, are good friends to me. I lived in Borger for a long time and met them while there. They miraculously purchased this property in the early 2000's. It was KZ ranch, before being Three Falls Cove. I work two jobs...

My wife and I have been going to Three Falls Cove since 2004. I wouldn't keep going back if it weren't the best place to stay. We arrive to no television, no cell phones, car radio barely works. We have peace and quiet and God's creation. The staff is wonderful and the food great. The bed in the cabin is...

Rebecca and Kirk are such amazing people! Three Falls Cove is easily the best getaway for anyone near the Texas Panhandle. Our room was very clean and the food served was such a treat. Homemade wild plum syrup on top of our waffles is pretty hard to beat! And the bed in the separate cabin was so comfortable...me and my...

Amazing, we loved every bit of it! They called us in advance to let us know a large party would be at the B&B the same night we would be, so we wouldn't be surprised by a crowd. They reserved a boat for us free of charge, putting a sign on it to let the large family know not to...

“You'll know this from their website, but if you're traveling alone or as a couple, the cabin is wonderful (bring your own dinner -- you won't want to leave the grounds once you're there!), but if you're looking to maximize family time, the lodge accommodates up to 16 on two levels.”

“I have stayed several times. I like each room for different reasons. The Astoria is very nice, as well as the Lakeview room. Both are upstairs. I also like the Cabin very much, and it affords the most privacy. For people who can't do stairs, the Gone Fishin room is a great downstairs room with a tub and shower. It opens out onto the deck for a view of the grounds and pond.”
