We stayed at the newly redone Katy House and had a fantastic time. The lovely owners, Linda and Stu, made us feel at ease and super comfortable in their beautiful, historic bed and breakfast. Speaking of comfort, the beds and linens were AMAZING. We had such a good night's sleep I almost asked if I could buy a set of...

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at the Katy House. The accommodations were great and the owner, Linda, was so amazing. She really made us feel at home and was so easy going. The other guests were very sweet. Breakfast was easy and delicious. Can't wait to go back and spend some more time there.

We traveled to Smithville to attend the spring Round Top Antique's Show. The Katy House is a beautiful historical home. We stayed in the Bluebonnet Room. It was lovely and very comfortable. Linda's hospitality was the best part of our stay. Thank you Linda, for everything you did to make our visit to Smithville so memorable! The breakfast was delicious!...

My husband and myself really needed a little get-away and after making reservations three times, we finally made it to the Katy House in Smithville, Tx. So glad we did. It is a Great B&B right middle of town. We stayed in the Katy Tower and really enjoyed it. We had our two little mini schnauzers and the room was...

The Katy House B&B was more than I could have asked for. Well worth the money, and the hosts were just lovely. Even accommodating our very late check in. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful stay.

This is a nice B&B. The main house has the best rooms. It was changing owners the last time we stayed. Service was good. Only down side to Smithville is a lack of good restaurants but there are some a few miles away.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at the Katy House B&B. It was a wonderful experience. The Katy House is an historic property just off of Main Street in Smithville. The rooms are very large, spacious and comfortable and filled with antique furniture. Just keep in mind that it's an historic property and not the Four Seasons! There...

My husband & I needed a little get away. We happened to find out about this little town from friends of friends. We did not really know much about it but were looking for a quiet get away from the city. We were so pleasantly surprised but several little gems in this historic little town. First of all the Katy...

My husband and I came here this week for several reasons: to have a little break, to take our dog along for the ride and to pay a visit to Bone Spirits distillery which is located in Smithville. Luckily, our visit to the distillery was a success, as we got to taste their other three products (we came for the...

My husband and I chose to stay here while visiting the Antique Week Event in Round Top and for our Anniversary. We were made to feel welcome from the time we arrived to the time we left. The accommodations were great and the breakfast was fabulous! We recommend this wonderful place any time you are visiting Smithville!
