We were in Texarkana on business. Our room was very clean. The service was outstanding! The new owners were very professional, accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

A cheap $51 room came with a very comfy BeautyRest king bed (husband really liked it), an armchair, table & chairs, chest of drawers, small closet, flat screen TV, tub & shower, tall mirror, 3-sided vanity mirror, tiny coffee maker, hair dryer. No fridge or microwave, which is fine for this price in this town. Room very clean, bed very...

Last minute buy on Orbitz.com while on a roadtrip and needing a place to stop and sleep. This is an older, former La Quinta. With older, you get.....old cigarette burns on some furniture/bathtub ledge, a musty smell sometimes...etc. BUT....having older facilities does not mean it isn't clean. I found the entire hotel to be extremely well kept and super clean....

DISGUSTING!!!! We had booked this hotel on Expedia prior to our trip, the pictures looked decent. We got into town close to midnight, upon pulling into the parking lot, it looked a tad run down. I didn't think much of it, and went ahead to check in. Not the best part of town. I retreated to my room hoping for...

Still as nice as when it was a LaQuinta, fair price, clean rooms and pet friendly. Breakfast was average. Staff working at all times keeping things clean and asking if you needed anything. My stay ended up being three days but it was pleasant and I will return when I am in this area in the future.

Having stayed at the Magnuson Hotel in Tyler, we were expecting another good experience. However, this (formerly LaQuinta) hotel has just been acquired and no renovation has been done yet. It is pretty run down, and I hope that they are able to do the necessary updates and repairs to bring it up to snuff.

New owners took over this former La Quinta site in October 2016 an where helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. In time, some updating needs to be done(paint, carpet, etc) Free breakfast was good. The rating reflects the fact that this is a budget/economical hotel. Good rates. Recommended!

I've stayed in this hotel twice in 2016. The first time was June 17 & 18, 2016 while it was a LaQuinta. During my first stay, I had an issue with housekeeping leaving the door to my room ajar. Fortunately, nothing was missing. Other than that incident, not issue. Older hotel in need of some updating. I stayed again in...

The facility is a bit older, but the room was OK. The room was clean, the desk person was courteous and helpful, fast check in/out. Quiet and quite pleasant. The price was great and so it was an excellent value. I stayed here Nov. 2015.
