I stayed in this hotel I had booked for three nights but then I only stayed for one and moved to the Hampton Inn in Spring. There were three of us and my son who slept in the sofa bed was uncomfortable and the room was not very big, so I decided to change hotels and take two suites. The location is excellent. The breakfast is also good.

What a beautiful hotel. The rooms have everything you’d need for a stay there. The bar is fun in the lobby. There’s a nice pool. Beds are comfortable. TVs great. Bathroom all you need. Walking distance to the restaurant bar scene. Beautiful are you be located in. Walk all over around here. Parking is great. Staff are 😊 very friendly and so nice. We’d come back here again.

We had a paid reservation, we got to the hotel after a long trip and we found thehotel sold out and they sold our reservation to someone else, we had to find a hotel at 1 am paying much more than we had paid. We will never go back to this hotel, and the guy at the reception didnt care at all.

Clean rooms upon arrival, which was nice, hotel overall seemed very clean, nice pool, decent sized rooms. WiFi is atrocious, don’t bother paying for the $10 upgrade daily, dial up was better. Beds are super uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very good! Restaurant in hotel was serving a very condensed menu, and only open for dinner. No room service though. I wasn’t informed upon arrival that my upgrade wasn’t accepted even though I’m a Hilton honors member, and the hotel looked nowhere near even half full, and I requested upgrade 4-5 days before I arrived. I also wasn’t informed upon arrival that rooms would only be cleaned upon request. Didn’t find this out until my last day, although every day I came back from work, I had to to find out that they weren’t cleaning when trash was still there, no towels, bed not made, etc. guessing due to Covid, which is understandable but at least tell someone that, (and although I used a digital key, I still stopped at front desk, could have easily told me these things). Parking was a completel mystery, as your surrounded by multiple parking garages within literal feet of building. I finally found it and even though their website lists charging for parking. They didn’t charge me which was nice, however both entry point machines to parking garages are broken, so they don’t spit out tickets, so you have to use your room key, which again, not informed. So I had to sit there for 15 mins waiting trying to figure it out before someone hit the button from inside I’m guessing. I know it sounds like I’m crushing this hotel, but I’m honestly not even a picky person. I very rarely leave reviews and I stay in hotels and travel 40-50% of the time. I just think this place leaves a lot to be desired for a Hilton brand hotel, and the price . Maybe it’s just to due to the current countries pandemic, but a lot of it could be cleared up due to communication. Like when checking in, explaining housekeeping, restaurant, parking, etc. but 2 things for sure, UPGRADE THE BEDS AND WIFI. Please! I’ve slept on better beds at Motel 6’s, and had better WiFi in a Wal mart.
