Visiting family from another state & Tyler was midway point. Have stayed in other hotels in Tyler & use Tripadvisor as a guide. Hotel is small & appears to recently have been upgraded. Very nice & clean. Breakfast was a surprise, lots of choices & FREE! Room was clean (staff does need to check the vent in the bathroom ceiling)....

By my second stay this wonderful staff make sure they know who I was. Calling me by my last name making it feel personable. This staff goes out of the way to make your stay better! The night staff is on point with making suggestions on where I should eat and go visit and making sure I know what Tyler...

Managers went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. One of the best we have stayed in. The breakfast was very good and so was the service. I would definately stay there again. Great location.

Hotel location is okay and looks dated from the outside. However, the inside is clean and indicative of most Fairfield Inns. Perhaps a bit on the older sided. However, I have stayed at a lot of hotels (Marriott Gold), and the staff at this hotel are perhaps the friendliest I have ever encountered. They were very helpful and offered some...

The staff - receptionists, breakfast service gals and room service - were exceptionally friendly, helpfully and courteous. We were upgraded (Gold Rewards Member) to what I'd call a Junior Suite which was very nice. The bed was, for my taste, a bit too soft but other than that a great stay.

We had a pleasant stay here. Everything was very clean, the rooms were decent size, noise was minimal even on a busy road, and free breakfast was good. I loved the Paul Mitchell toiletries! My only complaint was our room was rather warm. We stayed on an usually cold night where it got down in the 20s and we had...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel the night before attending a funeral in Tyler. It is located along the "loop" highway in close proximity to many chain restaurants and about 15 min. drive from the airport. All of the hotel staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The breakfast room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked, a cut above other...

Very good staff. Room at the inn program much appreciated, to visit family in hospital. Headset not found after we accidentally left behind. But that is on us. Some housekeepers family is getting a nice bose headset for Christmas:)

Well-decorated, modern look to the hotel. Nice room, good service. Professional, friendly staff. Cable TV wasn't the best, but the bed was comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast, but they had a nice-looking breakfast area.

We stayed here on a little get-a-way to visit a friend that lives in the area. The front desk folks could not have been friendlier! Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Great spot when visiting Tyler!
