Far better than expected experience for our two night stay. Clean comfortable room on second floor with Jacuzzi tub (Savvanagh). Great breakfast featuring the comedy of Dutch the 93 year old server. Cupcakes each night and reccomendations for lots to do in Waco. @

My sister and I stayed here and couldn't have enjoyed it more, Vicki and Jennifer were delightful. Very helpful telling us about good shopping, what restaurants were good. Centrally located and easy to get around the area especially the Magnolia Silos. The breakfast was really yummy and stayed with us all day until dinner. Their server 93 yr old Dutch...

The place is what B&B's are supposed to be like. Great hosts and a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are spacious and having your own bathroom is a definite plus. We were celebrating our anniversary and this was a great place for that, in that it is a very romantic setting. Will surely be back!!

Thanks for such a memorable visit- the 40th birthday balloons were perfect. Breakfast was the BEST ever & helpful Waco tips made our trip even better. The always-available cupcakes and water bottles were added touches we really appreciated. What a mom- daughter memory you helped create!

What a find! For Valentine's we took a weekend trip to visit "Fixer Upper" locales in Waco and made a reservation at The Cotton Palace based on all the TA reviews as well as its great location. The home is charming! Beautifully restored (1910 circa) and decorated. Check in was a breeze--open a lock box, remove your key and circle...

The best place I've stayed at. It really sets the standard of hospitality. We stayed for a few days and our highlight of our trip was this place for sure! It was like staying with family <3 We had to come back again, so we just planned another trip for March and couldn't be more excited.

My wife & I just returned from 2 nights at the Cotton Palace. I don't have the words to explain what a great experience. Vickie, the owner, made us feel so welcome. Very helpful with places to see and eat. The breakfasts were delicious and what an experience. Mr. Dutch who helps serve breakfast, is a treasure. Between him and...

My husband surprised me with a stay at The Cotton Palace the night of our wedding before leaving for our honeymoon, and it couldn't have been more perfect. So, we returned the following year for his birthday weekend and stayed in "The Bear Den". It met every expectation--comfortable, clean, accommodating, cozy, relaxing, and practical. Breakfast was delicious and the check-out...
