I was in Waco for training at McLennan Community College and this B&B was so easy to get to and from MCC. My stay in the Carolina was so relaxing, like being in a tree-house with all the trees surrounding the property . Dana and Retha are truly caring people who make you feel like you're part of the family...

As freelance travel writers, my husband and I have stayed at a lot of B&Bs. I always check websites before we contact owners to make reservations. When I looked at the website for the Bed and Breakfast on White Rock Creek, the first impression I got was, "what a great relaxing place." And I was right. Nestled in the trees...

My husband and I stayed one night while passing through town. They were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local places to dine as well as shop. They are located outside the busy downtown area but it was only a short ride to get back to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious private and clean. In the morning...

What a fun and relaxing place to stay outside the city! The hosts were delightful, breakfast was great and they even had gluten free food for me! Room was very nice, as well. If you want a peaceful setting but still not be too far away from restaurants, etc, this is the place.

We stayed one night here while we were traveling through Waco. When we pulled up we were not sure if we had made the right choice in accommodations. There was a lot of small projects underway and the main entrance felt like we were going into a private home... Which we were. Once we navigated the entrance and checked in,...

We had 4 relaxing nights here. Our hosts were great and the location was perfect. They gave us great tips on what to do while here. Breakfast was delicious. Waco is a great destination. The town is very welcoming. Cameron Park is a great place to hike/walk/bike. We brought our mountain bikes and rode the trails. They were well maintained...

Our anniversary celebration brought us to Waco this year to a one-of-a-kind rural Bed and Breakfast with a relaxed country feel. It was a short drive to the city and Dana and Retha provided us with a list of unique shops and restaurants. It was nice that there was the option of staying one night but in retrospect we wished...

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and wasn't sure what to expect as every bed and breakfast can be so different in many aspects. We walked through the slightly open door into a massive great room, fabulously decorated with many areas dotted by beautiful oriental rugs, comfortable furniture, beautiful artwork and a floor to ceiling fireplace. We were greeted as the...

While a bit out of town, it adds to the rural ambiance of this B&B. The rooms are filled with antiques and the morning breakfast was delicious and varied. She even made accommodations for gluten free options. Nice people, Nice place. Book ahead
